I bring a wealth of experience from living overseas as a military spouse and as being a well-trained travel advisor accredited in both land-based and cruise experiences with major family institutions such as Adventures by Disney, to luxury river cruise experiences like Ama Waterways and Scenic River Cruises, as well as luxury all-inclusive resorts like Sandals and Beaches. As a military spouse, I've lived abroad in both Europe and the Middle East, which allow me to give the unique perspective of well-known vacation landmarks as well as lesser known, exceptional experiences. As a bonus for family travel, I've done most of these destinations with our little one-it can be challenging, but it can be done!

Great 10- Day Egypt Tour

My wife and I wanted to visit Egypt our whole life, so when we decided to work with Cynthia, our wish list of things we wanted to see and do was about as long as the Nile. Cynthia's experience with Egyptian tour operators and personal knowledge from previous travels was very useful. Given our travel window and requests, I appreciate the honest feedback about what we could and couldn't see, which helped set expectations. We had a great experience working with Cynthia. She was organized, responsive, and very professional.

As weather but still had good time

We did a back to back cruise with Carnival Cruise line. Carnival is our choice because we have cruises often with them and are at the diamond level. Cynthia was excellent to work with and helping us to choose the best location and balcony for us. Booking a back to back is sometimes difficult to get same cabin for both legs but she was able to take care of that with a great location. Our experience with Passports to Memories was excellent! We had many cruises booked and canceled during COVID so it had been a nightmare trying to get things sorted out. Cynthia took care of a back to back last October for us which was insane requiring lots of hours of work. Even though she didn’t book some of the original bookings, she was dillegent in taking care of it. She definitely earned our business on the last back to back and for the future. We are confident now and looking forward to working with her for many years to come. Always nice to find someone interested in customer service.

Cynthia helped my family create one of the most memorable vacations of our lives. We knew we wanted to visit the Republic of Georgia, but little else other than a budget. Cynthia created an exclusive itinerary engaging the whole family, ranging from active hiking in the north Caucasus mountains, cultural tours of churches and iconography, and leisure at a wine-themed resort. She even arranged a private wine tasting at my wife's favorite vineyard. Cynthia exceeded my exceptions on this trip.

Working with Cynthia was a blessing. She listened to all of our hopes, and made everyone of them happen. She was responsive and had wonderful ideas, many I would of never thought of. Our tours were the best we'd ever had, and enjoyed having one on one time with each of the guides. Traveling by train was a breeze thru Italy, Switzerland and France. I would do it all again. What an experience!

My husband has always wanted to see the northern lights (bucket list). We found just the trip. We worked with Cynthia Caudillo our travel agent. From the start the trip was first class. Every detail of our trip was planned and as result it went smoothly. Cynthia was incredibly helpful, respondent, and gave us exactly what we wanted. Each excursion was planned from slow and easy (reindeer sledding) to a day filled with fun filled activities (Night snowmobiling, ice fishing, 3 hr. Day snowmobiling, husky sledding, day spa, ice castle, Polarman visit, and Northern lights). We expressed to Cynthia that we didn’t want to be a number in a crowded group so she planned out detailed private activities and taxis for every excursion. Detailed to the last min., when we received a text letting us know our cab to the airport had arrived. Given Cynthias experience it allowed to enjoy our trip without added stress. Looking forward to working with Cynthia again!

What an experience! Cynthia delivered an elevated, luxury family vacation at the Atlantis resort in Dubai that was accessible yet didn't break the bank. I was a bit apprehensive about staying at the Atlantis resort instead of one of the hotels off-site, but Cynthia provided us with bundled food and hospitality packages with access to the waterpark at an equitable cost. I'm so glad we stayed on site. It was hassle free with dinners and plenty to do for the family. My kiddo loved the kid-friendly arcade. We were impressed with the restaurant options and happy hours. Cynthia, thanks for recommending such a cool place.

Cynthia was amazing to work with! She coordinated and booked a sales meeting for my company. We had 35 sales consultants travel from across the country to Cancun! Cynthia handled the bookings, transfers from the airport and coordinated with the resort for all aspects of our trip. This was no small task with the group our size! I highly recommend working with Cynthia! She worked with my budget to give me several all inclusive resorts to choose from. She did a great job highlighting the pro's and cons of each venue. I couldn't be happier with the venue we chose. It was perfect for my team!

We had a great experience working with Cynthia on this cruise. She recommended a spa balcony for us because we had never tried that and the price was almost identical with regards to other balconies. That turned out to be a great idea and added greater value to the cruise. We traveled with other couples as well and she linked our cruises together somehow so that when making reservations for restaurants etc it was easy to include whoever in our party wanted to go to that particular event. We were very happy with Cynthia and have already booked another. Our cruise was on the newest Carnival Ship the Jubilee. This was our 31st cruise with Carnival and that amount of experience with Carnival this was truly the most amazing ship we have ever been on. It was such a step above any of their other ships! It is a beautiful ship from front to back!

This was the easiest and best way to book a trip to an unknown destination. The recommendations were tailored to our preferences and budget. We did not feel like we had to leave things out in order to keep our budget, and also did not feel pressured to include things we wanted to leave out. Second trip booked with Cynthia at Passportstomemories. We have had no problems. Everything worked perfectly. This time we had some friends book a couple of months after our booking. She was able to get them the cabin next to ours. I don’t know how she did it but she was able somehow to tie the bookings together so that when we purchased chat on the ship all of our names were already joined together. When we booked dining and movie tickets the option was already there to select any or all in our group. We have always had trouble even connecting the 3 in our cabin. What a pleasant surprise and took away one little headache we usually have to deal with. She is our booking agent for the future for sure. We don’t like problems or surprises- hey we are on vacation- and everything worked well and smoothly.

This was our second booking with Cynthia. We had a previous cruise last November that used FCC and all of the mess from cancellations during the pandemic. Her efforts in straightening out that was the reason we booked this back to back cruise on Carnival. Everything went perfectly in all facets of the booking. Absolutely no complaints except we had some lousy weather for part of it but we can’t blame Cynthia for that LOL. We will use her for our next cruise as well.
