I have 13 years of experience as an agent. I have been involved in the travel industry since I was 3 years old. I grew up traveling as my parent's owned a travel agency. My love for travel continued into my passion for job. I specialize in all things Disney, Universal, all cruise lines, river cruises, Hawaii and Caribbean Vacations. I have traveled to Disney World a minimum of once per month and I know the parks, resorts and dining inside and out. I also specialize in Universal Orlando travel as well as Sandals. I have stayed at or toured all of the Sandals Resorts. I have cruised on and I am certified in every major cruise line and river cruises. I have been to the majority of the Caribbean Islands. I have traveled to Hawaii on many occasions. I have first hand knowledge of all of these locations, which makes me a great choice for all of these travel locations and for helping you with your travel needs. I provide a complete service. Our family has worked with Lauren on multiple trips to Orlando: Disney and Universal. She is always a key part of my travel planning. She makes some of the time consuming, time sensitive, and other small detail working out so much less stressful. She is happy to be as involved in the planning/booking process as I desire. She is also an amazing resource for many other travel destinations. Sharing literature and first hand experiences. She has helped me gather all the necessary information for future non-Disney plans. I am confident that just like with our Disney and Universal trips she will be with us from planning through the end of our trip to help with any of our needs. Our first Disney trip I used a different travel agent and was disappointed in the lack of fine detail knowledge and bad advice. I have used Lauren Witte Masarik for ten trips so far. Out of the ten, three were large family trips. The largest one had 55 people in 16 rooms. From the first email to the follow-up after the trip, Lauren has always made me feel like I was number one. She goes above and beyond what I would expect a travel agent to do, even taking time away from her own vacations and family to help when needed. I do most of the planning on my own, but knowing that Lauren is right there to help with dining reservations, check-in, and any other things that come up is a great relief. Lauren is always up to date on discounts, and when new ones become available, she spends hours on the phone to get them for her clients. On my last trip, I finally got to meet Lauren in front of Cinderella's Castle. It was and will always be one of my favorite memories at Disney.

Lauren is the best travel agent I’ve ever had!Lauren has been my travel agent for at least 5 years or so. Before I would either do it myself or take whatever agent the booking company would give me.
Lauren was a breath of fresh air. She would send tips on things I should look out for and best of all shes actually done it before. I would do my Google and YouTube research and she collaborated with me to figure out what was practical. I could go on and on but my family loves her. I refer all my friends and family. I have done close to 10 vacations with her, with many more to come.

Lauren is the easiest most magical person to work with! We’ve been to Disney several times with her help and she absolutely does everything in her power to make sure you have the best vacation possible. Trip to remember

Lauren was amazing helping us to book our trip to Europe this year. We were all taking the Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona to Southampton and then my parents were continuing on the Northern Cruise from Southampton to Copenhagen. Lauren helped us book the cruise itself but also helped book the moments around the cruise. We stayed in Barcelona a few days before the cruise and Lauren helped us book with the Disney sponsored hotel so that we were also able to take Disney transportation to the port, which I recommend to ease any worry about port arrival. Lauren was also able to book the Disney transportation for my sister and from port to Heathrow when we disembarked in Southampton, which we were able to navigate with no issues. After my parents second cruise they planned to stay a few days in Copenhagen and Lauren booked the transportation and the hotel for them. She has been extremely helpful in booking a few or our cruises and I would highly recommend her!
