Andy was the very best. It was well worth the price. His response to questions when I would E-mail him was very fast. Andy’s help made our trip less stressful. When we go on another trip I will definitely use Andy again.

I would like to start off by saying that leaving the country was a huge step for my daughter and I. So I reached out to Andy and talked with him about wanting to visit the Dominican Republic and what fit our budget. Andy made sure that he walked us through each step from leaving through customs, flight times and delays, making she the proper paperwork was submitted on both ends. Once we reached our resort Dreams by Onyx we found out that we were booked as Preferred guest. Everything was basically private even areas on the beach. When we checked in they took us to a private room that consisted of drinks and food just for us. We also had our own personal concierge name Ely Jesus. Between Andy and Ely everything was perfect. Our room had a perfect view of the oceans, food, excursions and people were great throughout the trip. We’ve just returned from a wonderful cruise to Alaska. We give so much credit to our travel agent Andy Spade for making it such a seamless journey. His attention to all of the details was a great comfort. When I struggled with some of the electronic documents, he was incredibly understanding & took the time to not only print all of the materials but also to deliver them to me because of the timing. From our very first interaction, I was impressed with his interpersonal skills, prompt attention & responsiveness to every inquiry . We were so happy with our Travel experience through Andy. He arranged a cruise for us and several friends and family, aboard the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas in a Balcony Cabin. All the arrangements were made timely, and he shared an app with us called “Trip Plans”, that was over the top helpful! He put every single detail that we might need for our trip on the app, with links and extra helpful info. It was So nice to relax and just enjoy the trip without all the fuss! He even thought of things that I hadn’t thought of, like knowing the best spot on the ship within our price range that was comfortable, and that took into account things like distance to the spa and dining areas. Our cabin didn’t have any other cabins opening up across the hall from us, so our corridor was very quiet! Andy was so helpful and never tired of my million questions. He is a very patient agent with so much knowledge, can’t wait to book our next trip with him!

I had the opportunity of a lifetime — courtesy of Phillips Cruises and Tours and Saltwater Sunsets Travel — to tour Whittier, Alaska, by coach bus, and the Prince William Sound aboard a catamaran called the Klondike Express. My excursion was booked by Andy with Saltwater Sunsets, and from start to finish the experience was five stars. Alaska is so indescribably breathtaking, I felt like I was on another planet while on this excursion. I went into my excursion expecting to see beautiful glaciers calving, and not only did we see 26 glaciers on our trip and witness sheets of ice elegantly breaking off and falling from the 500 foot shelves of ice, we saw sea otters swimming and hanging out on floating blocks of ice, bald eagles, whales, porpoises, and a black bear. The 26 Glacier Cruise followed the route of the 1899 Harriman Expedition, cruising the calm waters of Prince William Sound, where we had the surreal opportunity to view glaciers and wildlife up close.

Andy was absolutely phenomenal when it came to every aspect of our trip. We booked this cruise during a previous cruise, and Andy helped with everything thereafter to include finding us flights. He recommended the BEST all inclusive resort excursion (Paradise Beach in Cozumel) which was incredible. Some of the best food and drinks we have ever had. Andy was always one message away when we needed anything that had to do with our trip. He recommended travel insurance, which I am so glad he did because I had to be seen on the ship for a medical issue which resolved very quickly. He was very quick in answering any questions and was very knowledgeable in everything Royal Caribbean. We already booked a trip for 2025 on Wonder of the Seas, and can't wait to see what great excursions he recommends for those ports. Thanks Andy!!
