It was so easy! We just let Lillian know what we wanted and she made it happen. Everything was perfect and easy to do. Will definitely use her again!

Lillian really took the time and listened to everything we hoped to see and experience during our trip to Thailand. I was worried about traveling alone with my two daughters but she handled every single detail. The trip was seamless starting the moment we got on our flight. I’m truly impressed and we plan on using her again for a trip to Turkey!

Wife had a medical emergency in Ireland and was told she could not fly for 28 days; therefore needed an alternative way to get back across the Atlantic to the US after the initial trip was finished 10 days later. Lillian found one of the last two cabins on the Queen Mary2 to cross in 7 days. She also made the reservations for the train to Southampton in England where the ship would leave. In addition she made reservations for the two night stay before leaving. It was a great relief to have someone in the know to do these things. Ireland and Scotland were amazing, would love to do again without a crisis😊. Prior to leaving for the trip Lillian was always there for us to answer our many, many questions. She made it much easier to go!

Lillian helped me research and purchase travel insurance for our ski trip to Aspen. During the trip my flight was actually threatened to be cancelled due to weather. I contacted her and she sent me the info to contact insurance if I needed to so I didn't have to dig thru emails to find.
