We had a little hiccups at the beginning of our trip before we left but Tyler resolved them quickly. Everything was taken care of from the transportation to/from the airport to resort. The app for the events were very helpful to make sure we were on time for things. The wedding on the beach was my daughter’s dream and it was absolutely beautiful! Tyler was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable and great at tailoring our trip to our desires. Very quick to help when we had a flight delay and got us on another flight and helped locate our luggage and hotel arrangements on the fly! We couldn’t imagine doing any of that on my own. We we're all over the place when deciding on a destination for our vacation, but Tyler listened to our wants/needs & found the perfect resort for us. There were some hiccups with a cancelled flight that was out of everyone's control, but he was there for us the entire time & even found a way to get us to our destination quicker than the rescheduled flight. We travel with a large family group, ages 14-88, all with different needs and expectations. Tyler tailored a wonderful vacation that incorporated something for everyone! Tyler was amazing throughout the entire process! When we starting planning our trip we knew we wanted to go Mexico but not much else. Tyler asked a few questions about what we were looking for in a resort and general price range that we would feel comfortable with and within 30 minutes I had a couple emails from him with nearly 20 different options. He helped to talk us through all of the different resorts and was able to give us some first hand experience or knowledge about nearly all of them. He checked in with us on the day of our departure, and even while we were there just to let us know that he was still there for us if we needed anything. We decided to extend our trip while we were there and he immediately took care of everything with the resort, airline, and our transportation back to the airport. Having a travel advisor like Tyler really helps put your mind at ease knowing that every detail is taken care of so all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your trip.

Great, it was a worry free vacation, he took care of absoultely everything. The flights, and he even scheduled the drive from the airport to the resort both ways. We didn't have to do anything but be there. Prior to our trip Tyler updated us frequently on different flights/airlines to choose from. He even sent us all the different room choices to choose from. Every question i had he answered right back with no delay. Wonderful! Will definitely use his service on our next trip.
