Hello, I'm Keith Shafer, your guide to cruises, tours, and all-inclusive resorts. I have lived and traveled extensively around the world for nearly 50 years and decided to put my expertise to use by starting a travel agency. I have personally worked with several major cruise lines, hotel and resort chains, tour companies and other suppliers. My wife Ilene and I have hosted cruise groups and continue to host groups in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Hawaii, the Caribbean and Alaska are just a couple of our favorite tour and cruise destinations. Having lived in England for five years, I bring that and valuable experience to our agency as well as tours in Turkey, Israel, Jordan and other parts of the Middle East. Barnstormers Travel took great care of us and went the extra mile in finding everything on our wish list for our 15 year wedding celebration - 3 days in New York City and a 2 week cruise from NYC to Galveston. I would recommend Barnstormers travel [email protected] to anyone. They do a great job in finding information that could help us with our vacation. Superb. I haven't been on a cruise for decades. My husband passed away 3 years ago, and it seemed like it was time for me to get out into the world. Keith took care of EVERY detail: cruise, flight, interim hotel. Best of all, he offered tips and practical suggestions based on his own extensive travel experience.Keith was professional and promptly answered questions. Yes, in fact I did recommend Keith to my daughter for a cruise she was considering. Keith assembled several detailed options and I told him that if it was a term paper, I'd give him an A+.
His service made me comfortable and confident to look forward to future cruises.
