Lindsay was so helpful with out trip. She handled everything for me down to booking a few experiences that made our trip so special!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Lindsay. She truly planned the best Disney vacation for our family and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She stuck to our budget, gave us great hotel options, and helped us decide which parks to visit. She also made our dining reservations, gave us tons of awesome advice, and answered all of our questions. She is positive, helpful, and everything you would want in a travel agent. We truly made memories that will last a lifetime, and I’m so thankful for her help!

I would give Lindsay 10 stars if I could! She was wonderful in planning, giving us all the options for various dates, resorts, and packages. She revised dates, resorts, and club level variations multiple times to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in selecting the right package. Lindsay met with me prior to our trip over coffee to review all of the little details like packing, traveling, outlining our maps and even gave me little tips. I always had someone to contact, Lindsay or a colleague of hers throughout our travel dates. We would have been lost without Lindsay's help in planning this trip of a lifetime! It may sound silly, but I cried happy tears on this trip it was so so special to experience those magical moments with my family. I am really, truly thankful for everything Lindsay did to help us plan! I wouldn't consider myself a "Disney person" prior to this trip, but now maybe I am!!

Lindsay was great! She answered all of our questions, gave us so many inside tips, and even left our little guy a surprise on the trip. While the weather might not have been the best on our cruise, with Lindsay’s packet of trip tips, we still had an amazing time! There are definite perks booking through a travel agent, especially someone who is as detail oriented as Lindsay!

Walt Disney World vacations can be overwhelming fast! I quickly reached out to Lindsay and she put all my Disney anxiety to ease. She is a wonderful asset during the planning process and is so knowledgeable. She took the stress out of, what could’ve been a very stressful vacation and made it so my husband was asking to book the next one!

Lindsay was the most thoughtful and organized agent. She thought of all the little things we would need or want to do that I would have never had time to look into on my own. She is both professional and personable- from dealing with changing our park reservations to leaving us the best welcome basket as we arrived. She was always available for questions, especially while on our trip, which was extremely helpful. I can’t see myself ever using another travel agent other than Lindsay- she’s just that good! My kids cried all the way home so that should be proof enough that we had the most magical trip ever!

Lindsay was very helpful and a wealth of information! She even helped us super early in the morning on our first day at 6 am when we were having issues with our tickets and getting the Genie+. We had a blast, and everything was so much easier having Lindsay guide the way!

Lindsay was incredible start to finish! She is so knowledgeable about Disney and guided us through the process. She booked our resort, character dining (we got all the reservations we wanted!), and her communication was great! While we were there we needed to add a person to reservations. We got to the park and I had forgotten about it. Lindsay texted me and let me know she had taken care of it for me. So grateful for her!! SO on top of it!

I will admit that I was very hesitant to plan a trip to Disney World because I had NO experience and was nervous about the total cost. However, from the very beginning of even THINKING about booking the trip, Lindsay was so helpful and confident in her recommendations. Lindsay helped plan our surprise trip to Universal Studios with our 4 kids. We had already been looking at Portofino Bay to stay, and Lindsay helped us save a significant amount of money on our booking, and got us a third day in the park deal! Disney world for the FIRST TIME. Talk about anxiety of the unknown. Lindsay calmed all my nerves of the unknown and steered us in the right direction which ended in my husband I both saying it was our favorite family vacation of all time!! I was beyond clueless when it came to this trip. Lindsay gave us step by step instructions and tips to make the trip run smoothly and when I got there I actually felt like I knew what I was doing because of all of her prep work. She poured countless hours into this trip for us and we are forever grateful for her attention to detail for our family.

Lindsay has gone above and beyond with help on planning our 10 year anniversary trip. We decided to head to Colorado, and were looking at a specific resort we had been to before. She got us prices for that resort and also comparable options in the area. She was able to look into different discounts and amenities that each location offered. It ended up that we needed to book ourselves because the resort would only give us the cheapest price (since I am a teacher) if I called. Lindsay had no problem with helping us get the best price, even if we did not book directly with her! I have worked with others in the past, and they have not gone above and beyond like she has. She was able to help us look into excursions to book while we were there as well! 100% recommend having Lindsay help plan and book your next trip, she truly has your best interest at heart! Will be using her for ALL our future vacations!
