I have been to over 50 All Inclusive Resorts, traveled to the various Caribbean and Hawaiian islands, I have also taken over 15 cruises on partner cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Viking Ocean, and Princess. I've sent clients all over the Caribbean as well as the Mediterranean. Some of my favorite destinations include Paris, Bali, Rome and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Our First International Family Trip

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking to take our first international trip as a family, and we were worried about how our six-year-old would handle such a trip. Michelle found the perfect location and experiences for us. Michelle was very accommodating before the trip and very responsive to our last-minute trip adjustments prior to leaving. It is very important that I write this letter about travel agent Michelle Scott.My husband and I did a cruise with Royal Caribbean on June 2nd through June 9 and Ms. Scott was our agent. Both my husband and I agree 100% that we were in good hands from the moment we experienced a connection with Michelle. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions about our trip, especially regarding the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. There were times when I needed help with our dining schedule on the Oasis and she was graciously attentive! Michelle made planning our trip a very smooth process and I am truly grateful. The Nassau trip was simply INCREDIBLE! This was our first experience on a ship with that size capacity but no regrets. I was skeptical about using a travel agent, especially one I’ve never met. I usually book my trips on Expedia, but since this was a family trip to Oahu I wanted to be able to make payments. Michelle was unbelievable! She was extremely knowledgeable about Hawaii and she patiently answered all of my questions. Her responses were always quickly and very informative. She definitely took into account my family’s budget and what we wanted to do in Hawaii. I’m very critical about customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to criticize if there was anything I wasn't happy with. I was completely happy with Michelle and greatly appreciated her honesty throughout the process. She was great in suggesting things to do, places to eat and tours to take advantage of. She suggested we try the Aloha Food Tours since we are foodies and it was AWESOME we LOVED it! Our kids (college) enjoyed the Hawaii Jeep Tour to see Diamond Head and Pali Lookout. She has earned our repeat business and you should consider her for yours. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome Planner Looking Forward to the Trip

Michelle assisted me with the planning of a trip to Maui Hawaii for me and my family to celebrate my birthday. This will be the first time for most of us and we're very exciting about going. Michelle planned the entire trip for 7 people, leaving from separate airports. There was a lot of changes made throughout the planning of the trip from the number of people to where everyone was leaving from, when they could leave, etc. Bottom line, Michelle stepped up to the plate, never complained no matter how many changes and requests I had. The planning for the trip was finalized last week , no complaints from anyone. Again, we are looking forward to going to Hawaii and having a great time. The best part of the trip is the fact that I had someone as professional as Michelle to take care of everything for me and my family. AWESOME JOB!!!!!!

Our first experience with Michelle was extraordinary when it comes to getting all the details. She knows the various cruise lines and itineraries, particularly the Southern Caribbean itineraries and most of the excursions because she has personally done most of them. She’s good about answering questions honestly and follows through with your vacation experience all the way until you return home. She treats your money as if it is her own, even after we put our deposit down, when Royal has a Bogo sale, she switched our reservation to that promotion and saved us $75.00 and got us on-board credit..Whoo Hoo! We took our first cruise this year and we already booked our cruise with her for next year!! Could not ask for a better travel agent. AWESOME!

I wanted to take a trip to Italy. She helped me schedule flights and tips on traveling with medical or electronic equipment. And she found resources or points of interests near cities along my trip. She even sent me a link for tips on stress free packing. I had the trip of a lifetime because of her assistance, and some amazing photos to prove it.

Hawaii and Western Caribbean Cruises

Michelle did a fantastic job on both our family trips. She planned our trip to Hawaii and arranged for us to visit both Kona (the Big Island) and Oahu. Se set up Luaus, snorkeling and a helicopter ride over the volcano for my son. She was very patient dealing with all of us and the different age groups. She was also GREAT planning a cruise for my senior group to the Western Caribbean. We told her we had only had experience cruising on Canival. She found us a great deal and itinerary for the Western Caribbean on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. She pointed out key things on board to do such as the Jazz and martini bar with live music. We danced every night! She set up shore excursions to swim with the Dolphins, tour the Mayan Ruins and shop in Jamaica. She is truly great. My travel agent forever!

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed in the services provided. I honestly feel like this is a scam. First after working with Michelle Scott for two weeks she stopped all communication with no warning. Then out the blue I get an email stating she has moved to the east coast. Never once mentioning she is moving to the east coast when I specifically stated I wanted a local agent. Then I would send her emails and weeks will go by before she respond. Each response would be the same that she thought I was receiving her emails. I am so glad I never put any money down on my trip to Rio de Janeiro. Something in my gut told me to do more research on this company and Michelle. Right when I decided to do so all of sudden I get an email saying she will no longer be able to help me with my trip after planning with her for months. She wasn't even professional enough to refer her clients to someone to continue planning. Very poor services almost to the point I really believe this is a scam. Please be aware and do your research before putting any money down.

We had to make a very short notice trip to Los Angeles for a funeral. I contacted Michelle via email and she replied immediately. Within minutes she had us flights, a rental car, and a very nice hotel in a nice areal. We were 15 minutes from the airport and the house. We were very pleased with her and the service provided.

Fantastic Group Cruise

Oh my gosh, Michelle rocks! She put together a fantastic group cruise for 15 of us. She arranged a great stay in San Juan the night before we sailed to 5 of the most beautiful caribbean islands. We cruised to St Maarteen, St Lucia, St Kitts, Barbados and Antigua. She arranged shore excursion for a couple of the islands for us as well as letting us know about all of the onboard activities such as ice skating, cycling classes, line dance and movies by the pool. I can't wait until our next cruise, she is our travel agent for life!

Mexico

Michelle booked our girlfriends getaway to Mexico. Once we contacted her, things were less stressful for all of us. We were initially planning on staying in the Cancun area, but she suggested that we try the Rivieria Maya area. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! She booked us at the adult-only resort Secrets. Simply stunning resort. She also set up an excursion to the water park Xel-Ha that she personally visited and recommended. This water park is huge and fantastic!! We can't wait to book next year's trip!!

Michelle is fantastic! My husband and I contacted her for a vacation for our anniversary. We couldn't decide where to go, so she suggested a cruise to let us visit multiple places. I have to admit I was a little concerned because we never cruised before. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! We sail on Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas and just fell in love with everything. The flow rider, entertainment, movies by the pool and so much more. Not to mention visiting Puerto Rico, St, Maarteen, and couple other stops. She made the trip seamless for us. She is already working on our next cruise for us. If you want a great vacation she's definitely the person to use!

Group Getaway

Michelle is now our group travel agent!!! She arranged a group trip for our travel group to the Jamaica, and we had a fantastic time! She took all the headaches out of our hands. She found a great resort that met our needs of a nice beach, music and great food, as well as all-inclusive. She even set up several group conference calls to talk to everyone and address our needs and concerns. She even walked one of our newbies through how to rush a passport. Very patient with our entire group. We can't wait until our next adventure with her!
