I grew up military (Navy & Air Force) bouncing all over the United States and Okinawa, Japan, and joined the Navy myself. I was blessed with parents who chose to spend weekends exploring all the places we lived and the surrounding areas. I've lived in Charleston, SC, Las Vegas, NV, New Orleans, LA, upstate New York, and a variety of other places. When I married my husband in 2011, our honeymoon was our first cruise and we fell in love with cruising. Since then we have cruised at least once or twice a year, having been all over the Caribbean and as far north as Nova Scotia.

For years friends have been coming to me for guidance and advice on cruising, I have spent hours on various cruise boards assisting people, and just love researching all of places that we were going and the cruise ships we were sailing on. I was always enamored with the idea of being a travel agent. When the pandemic hit, and I had downtime from work, my husband convinced me to follow my dream and become a travel agent. I took the TripKit course through The Travel Institute, set up my own agency, and began booking cruises for my friends instead of just giving them advice. I am now a Certified Travel Agent (CTA) through The Travel Institute and a Certified Cruise Counselor (CCC) through Cruise Lines International Association.

For many years I have been part of a non-profit medieval society. Through my associations in that organization, I have had many people come to me for assistance in booking trips to visit the places in Europe they had only read of in books. I have been having a fabulous time helping people put together amazing adventures and visiting places they thought they may never get a chance to see.
