"Laurie is amazing! I had never been on a cruise and decided that I wanted to try something different. It was the best decision ever! She gave me lots of information and followed up with all my questions as the trip got closer. As an even more personal touch, she not only helped me with the question of whether or not I should get the drink ticket, when I decided to go for it, she sent me a collapsible, stainless steel stray that I could carry on my lanyard! She thought of every little detail and my trip was amazing!!
