The Hard Rock resort is huge with lots of different pools and water fun. It is complimented by an excellent wait staff. The spa is massive. There are spa treatments that will make you smile days later. And the plus, plus is a pristine sea blue, beautiful beach!

Girls Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Jamaica with close girlfriend. Carmen walked us through every detail, (I.e what to pack, various registrations, customs, activities, safety, etc). She even proved a zoom call with Jamaican rep to field any questions we had and additional overview of the island , it’s people, hospitality. Carmen kept the excitement and anticipation going through emails. And she offered communication to ensure everything was smooth once arrived, and upon departure in case of changes. After working with Carmen, I am excited and look forward to getting back out there to travel! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 to Carmen.

Birthday In Hawaii

It was such a pleasure working with Carmen. I get very overwhelmed when trying to plan vacations and tend to give up. Carmen sent me several options to choose from for accommodations and excursions, but not too many. It was way easier choosing from 4 or 5 than the 100’s on online sites. And finalizing the trip was easy as well!

Carmen knew about my Solfest 2022 Punta Cana trip. She offered me a free Travel Guard insurance quote, with no obligation to purchase. It was very affordable considering the cost of the trip. So I purchased it only a month before my travel date. I took sick suddenly and was unexpectedly hospitalized just days before the trip. I'm grateful to be getting well now and that I purchased the Travel Guard insurance. The healing would have been a lot harder knowing that I just lost $5,000.00 on a trip I'd planned for almost a year, just like that...down the drain. Thanks Carmen!
