Alex put together a wonderful 10 day cruise for our party. He seemed to match our interests perfectly with the vacation itinerary and cruiseline. Alex is incredibly helpful and Johnny-on-the-spot to respond and assist. We had a trip planned to Florida and Universal Studios that was ultimately interrupted by Hurricane Ian. We needed to pivot quickly and Alex came through with communicating with US and getting us a refund... before the emergency had been declared!
