Lets make it 5+ stars. When I approached Lori about arranging a trip to Panama for 17 family members, she listened with interest as I told her what we collectively would like to accomplish and see. It was to be a memory trip for those of us who had lived there and an opportunity to share our heritage with our loved ones accompanying us. Once we arrived at the airport our tour guide and driver were right there to greet us and take us to our hotel. They were friendly, helpful, and met our every need and exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide took us under her wings and had a wealth of information about her country. She was like family and laughed with us and was attentive to our every need, requests, and quirks. We enjoyed her knowledge and personal insights of each place we visited. What a blessing it was to work with Lori, who knows the country well and has an outstanding working relationship with the tour guides and drivers and hotel personnel who would take us under our wings. Lori planned a trip that would include everything we requested -- visits to our previous homes, schools, favorite recreation areas, and included all the tourist attractions our family selected from the long list of options. As for the planning part of the trip, Lori filled every request and answered every question by phone and email. She and her office staff were efficient and so courteous. She was quick to send an itinerary that included pictures of the tours we would take, the hotels, and the charges . There was never a doubt that we were receiving the very best she had to offer. The itinerary wasn't final until it met our complete satisfaction She was happy to make any changes to make our trip the perfect one each of us. Thank you Lori Snow and Condor Travel. We have taken two trips set up for us by Lori Snow. The first trips was to Ecuador to tour Quito and then for a River Boat Cruise in Ecuador to the Amazon Basin in October-November 2012. The second trip was to Argentina and Brazil. We toured Buenos Aires and Iguassu Falls on the Brazil side and the Argentina side of the falls in October 2013. Lori was so helpful and knowledgeable in setting up the trips for us. Both trips were wonderful. That is why we are having her set up a trip for us to South Africa for 2016. We would recommend her to our family and friends.

She has helped us with one or two trips to Panama per year over last several years. They have all been wonderful and she is quite helpful and responsive.

She listens and a very good sense of humor, which is extremely important when you are traveling to a country that you may not know the culture or language. My husband and I are very different and she worked on accommodating both of us. I'm looking forward to one arranging a trip to Peru with her, but for now I am working on 2016 Panama trip.

I was booking a cruise for 7 different people, all paying separately and Lori handled it all so painlessly for me! Plus I didn't have to worry about whether or not I'd done everything right.

I have had family & friends through the years ask me to take them to Panama but I never dreamed I would be able to do it. Then I met Lori Snow through my childhood friend & she made a dream come true. The tour she planned was extraordinary. We toured the Canal area (the highlight being a partial transit), the sites of Panama City, the Interior of Panama taking in El Valle & the Beach, and the exciting part for me was we ended our visit in Gamboa. This gave me a chance to share with my friends my home as I grew up in Gamboa. We stayed at the Resort which is always fun. We participated in the activities at the Resort, went up the Canal to Captain Carl's but the last day we visited the Embera Indian Village above the Madden Dam. That was something I had never done, it was educational, interesting and fun. Another highlight of our trip was a dinner invitation by my childhood friends for everyone that was in the group. They still live on the street that I grew up on. Our guide, Marguarita, was beyond incredible. You could tell she has such a love of her country and it's history. She made Panama come alive. My friends and family have raved about their experience since they have arrived home. Our driver, Eduardo, was so efficient . He was more than happy to help us in any way. When I started this adventure with Lori, I was so nervous that something would happen and we wouldn't get to go. Lori made it organized and easy. Everyone on the tour felt so comfortable with Lori. She offered solutions, always followed through. Then there is her staff. They are always pleasant, polite, and willing to help. My husband and I would definitely use Condor for future travel plans.

I have been on three trips that Lori has planned. They have all been fabulous. I will use Lori again for sure!
