Hi Everyone! My name is Jamie and I am the proud owner of Adventures by Jamie, your premier accessible travel agency.

As a wheelchair user and avid traveler, I understand firsthand the extra steps needed to ensure a safe and successful travel experience. Whether you are interested in taking a relaxing cruise, going on a heart pounding zip line excursion or experiencing the magical world of Disney, I am committed to making your dream adventure come to life.

I am a true die-hard Disney fan and know the ins and outs of the parks and resorts. I love seeing the world and going on grand excursions. I have zip lined over alligators, soared in a hot air balloon and most recently went indoor skydiving. Many don't think that with my disability any of this would be possible, but I am here to tell you this and so much more can be experienced by EVERYONE! 

I have extensive knowledge in booking Disney, Universal, All-Inclusive Resorts, Adult Only vacations, Cruises (River, Ocean and World), Honeymoons, and Family vacations. Whether you want to book a playful adventure at Disney or sail the seas on a cruise ship, Adventures by Jamie can take care of all the little details that you might forget about along the way. She’s not only a vacation planning expert, but she has experience in going to the places you love. My favorite part is that she’s able to anticipate any type of disability needs that you or your family has and give extended recommendations for it. Sure! There’s other agencies out there but you won’t get the same kind of TLC that Jamie puts into it. She gets to know you and gives you itinerary suggestions you wouldn’t even think of all while saving you money.

I contacted her the other day, she answered me within minutes and found us the best prices and put our vacation on a complimentary hold until I could run everything by my husband !!! Then she planned our Disney days based on park’s capacity levels for the days , set up my Disney experience!!! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jamie regarding a trip I planned with my cousin for September. She was attentive to the location we were looking to do some kayak runs (Kings Landing) and she was also attentive to the fact we would be traveling with our kayaks and found us a little house right on a lake (lake marion) to rent and also kayak freely between our Kings Landing Runs. Its less than my drive time to work from the house to the river. The little home came with amenities too and a lovely porch where we can sit and watch the sun rise and set. I look forward to booking further trips with Jamie.

Jamie really made our trip to Epcot so much more fun. From getting my tickets to recommendations on “must see” attractions, Jamie knows Disney. I felt very challenged ordering tickets, but she easily answered questions, addressed concerns and remedied problems.

Customer service has been out of this world

The customer service I've received has just been out of this world! Coming from Real Estate, I can't stress how hard that is to find these days. I asked a few people to look into this wedding trip for some friends of mine, myself and Kelly. She immediately jumped on it and gave us great results while constantly looking for better options and deals for our hotels and flights to Vegas from Tampa/Orlando. Even after the fact when the airlines rescheduled the flights on us. Jamie jumped right into it by letting me know and started hunting for other options to fix the time frame while working with the hotel to keep the free rooms since we had to break the package and working with the airlines on switching things around. I'd never have the time for all of that on top of my business and the stress would have been crazy to add to my life. You took all the stress away so I could focus on what I need to do and just did an amazing job overall.

Large group going to Israel

My husband and I love working with Jamie Santillo?? We have a large group going to Israel this year and she was amazing getting it all pulled together. The trip is split into 2 groups with my husband staying and the second group meeting him there, a nightmare to make all the flight arrangements, then Covid restrictions, passports and a van rental that would hold us all! Adventures by Jamie made everything gel perfectly. Thank you Jamie, it was a pleasure working with you and we will definitely call on you again for our next adventure.

When I requested information, a link popped up so I could schedule a phone call - so easy and professional! and then, when we talked, she was so prepared and had so much knowledge about the current status and changes made for COVID.
