Hi! My name is Kelly and I started in the travel industry in 2019 because of my love and vast knowledge of Disney travel, especially Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
I grew up in Southern California and every year as a little girl when I was asked what I wanted to do for my birthday, the answer was always the same: "Go To Disneyland!" I have always loved Disneyland and remember touring New Orleans Square on my dad's shoulders, sipping on mint julep; or my first ride on a "real" roller coaster, The Matterhorn. All of my best childhood memories were made there. In 2004 I was married, and the choice for our honeymoon wasn't really even a choice. I had ALWAYS wanted to stay at The Disneyland Hotel and we did just that! My husband and I kicked off our marriage with the most magical stay there, and it couldn't have been more special!
In 2005, we followed my husband's dream to work for the racing industry, which led us to NC. We knew the importance of following dreams and taking chances and we are so glad we did, as NC is definitely our home and where we have raised our children.
When our youngest was about 18 months old, in 2011, some friends of ours invited us along on their Walt Disney World vacation. It was our first time to a Disney destination other than Disneyland and it definitely delivered! We were in love right away! There is nothing like seeing Disney through the eyes of your children! We have taken them just about every year since and have stayed at a variety of Resorts, including Art of Animation, Caribbean Beach Resort, and Ft. Wilderness. It is my goal to enjoy a stay at every Resort WDW has to offer one day!
Having children that have grown up at Walt Disney World, I have the unique ability to help you plan your trip with any age children, whether you're still in the infant stage, or have teenagers like me. We have also brought my mother in law with us several times, so I can help anticipate the needs of your older family members as well.
We are a foodie family, so I definitely know the best snack spots, money saving tips, and how to snag that hard to get Character Meal reservation.
My husband and I have taken a couple getaways by ourselves and I would love to help plan a romantic getaway for you as well.
One of our favorite things is to visit during one of EPCOT's festivals that they have. From Food Carts, to Merchandise, to Entertainment, there are so many special aspects to these seasonal offerings.
I know that planning is half the fun of your magical trip, so I let you handle as much of your planning as you like. I will take care of step by step planning for you, or if you prefer, I can simply book your trip and leave the rest to you! I LOVE planning itineraries, so we will discuss what your travel party dynamics are and if you want the most adventure possible, or the most relaxing stay ever and plan away!
I have personally stayed at the following resorts, most more than once: Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Ft. Wilderness, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort, and Disney's Pop Century Resort.
I had the special opportunity to visit Cancun this year and tour the Palace Resorts in the area. I fell in love with the All Inclusive lifestyle overall and loved Cancun! I can help you with any All Inclusive destination, whether it's for the whole family, or an Adults Only experience.
We visit NC Beaches annually as well and love them dearly. Our absolute favorite is Oak Island, NC. I would love to assist you with a beach vacation, or any other destination as well!

Perfect Last-Minute Trip

Mrs Honea was absolutely amazing. I have always panicked when it comes to planning vacations. She made it very easy for me. I contacted Mrs Honea about wanting a vacation somewhere in the mountains, maybe a cabin. I didn't think I'd be able to get a cabin on my budget because they're always so expensive. However, Mrs Honea found not one but three cabins to choose from! All with GREAT prices! She was also very professional. From helping us narrow down resorts all the way to our return home, Kelly was there to help us through it all. We were fish out of water and Kelly made the trip smooth sailing, walking us through what we needed to do to get passports to checking in at the airport. Kelly was amazing from start to finish. I am such a planner myself and it always brings the most stress to plan vacations. She completely took over and made me feel so relaxed! I had so many great tips that she sent for my vacation and even went ahead and booked us a lunch at the most amazing restaurant that I definitely would not have been able to experience without the pre made reservation. She sent the sweetest gift for us with snacks that made for the perfect snacks at volcano bay the next day. WOW! Kelly is the ABSOLUTE BEST! This trip was 2 years in the making because it was canceled due to covid the 1st time. Kelly was so patient with us even when we had to change our dates several times. She knew everything about the parks and helped us tremendously even booking our dining reservations and telling us all the tips and tricks!! This was truly the best trip that we have ever had as a family and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. Kelly is so sweet and absolutely goes above and beyond to help her clients! When we realized we were taking the family to Disney World we knew a travel agent was necessary to help us navigate the changes associated with traveling and the Disney parks.
