Concierge Family Vacation Planner

Hi! I’m Kristy Binns, I am a details planner by nature and I have always enjoyed planning vacations for my family! In 2021 I became a travel advisor because I wanted to help others plan memory-making vacations with their family and friends.

I live in NWA (Northwest Arkansas) with my husband of 20 years and our 3 boys. When I’m not helping my boys with homework or cheering them on in their sports activities, I LOVE helping busy moms plan vacations for their families and friends that will provide lasting memories for years to come. I know all too well, we are ALL busy, but need to slow down every once in a while to spend intentional time with our families and friends. What better way than travel??

I offer concierge-based travel services. I will help you curate the best vacation with your family and friends by helping you select the best resort, days to visit theme parks or other excursion suggestions, booking your dining reservations, providing LOTS of vacation tips, and keeping you on track with every detail along the way…I plan all the details so you can just show up, relax, and enjoy the fun!! I love helping families with kids of all ages (especially teens), couples, and girls who want to get away with their friends! It truly gives me JOY helping you plan memory-making vacations with your families and friends!

She was absolutely amazing! We had just experienced two deaths in our family in a week. We knew we needed to get out of town for Christmas. I contacted Kristy and she got to working right away! We looked at everything from all inclusive resorts to cruises. She was able to find the last stateroom with a verandah on a Disney Cruise heading out of Texas.

She helped us get this booked and paid for that day, as it was a week before the cruise was to leave. She helped me when I was not in a place to figure all of the details out.

She planned a trip for us to WDW last March, and our upcoming cruise we are taking in February. She takes the worry out of planning!!

I can't say enough good things about Kristy and her help in planning our Spring Break Vacation. This our FIRST BIG family vacation and we were ALLL over the place with decisions and indecision. She was ALWAYS most patient, most kind, worked late in the night, worked when in bed extremely ill, all that is a testament to her dedication to her clients. Never felt pressured. She is a blessing to all and we are forever indebted to her for all her help.
