Having sailed on several itineraries, and participated in the most recent River Cruise Expo that was held in Budapest, as well as expert training certificates on several lines, I am well versed in all of the aspects of River Cruising. From the best routes to the best cabins and how to get the most value out of your cruise, I will guide you based on your needs. Everyone is different in what is important to them on their trip, so taking the time to listen to clients' needs is an important step in my process. I love working with the cruise lines, but sometimes suggest some things outside of the scheduled offerings, and as a Travel Advisor, that gives me the most flexibility, I don't have to offer one option to my clients since I have an extensive knowledge of the options whereas the cruise lines will only offer their options/services. Booking your river cruise with me will allow you to have a knowledgeable professional in your back pocket to advise and help you when needed.

Michelle was amazing! When my husband and I were planning our 20 year anniversary trip Michelle listened to everything I wanted and created a trip of a lifetime! We started planning our Alaska anniversary trip in 2021 but then Covid hit, then my husband had a stroke then finally we were able to go in 2023. No matter how many times we had to reschedule, Michelle was so helpful and never once complained!! Our cruise experience was magical. Best trip ever!

Michelle planned the absolute best trip for us! her attention to detail was obvious. There were so many moving parts and everything was seamless. Drivers, tour guides, train and museum tickets (we never had to stand in a line), excellent accommodations, personal service...we felt like royalty! All the work on her end meant zero stress for us! We recommend Michelle 10/10!

We have used Michelle for 3 trips thus far. As busy working persons it is wonderful having someone taking care of all the details that we can trust. Family Italian Vacation

Great experience with Michelle! She was always available when needed to discuss our upcoming vacation. We ended up with several private family tours throughout Italy. We noticed our flight had decreased in price and Michelle spent the time needed to get our large refund to use for other flights in the future.

During my trips, Michelle resolved any issues (missed connections, rebooking flights) patiently, competently and timely. If you let Michelle do the reservations for you, all your worries are gone. That was my case when I needed to book a flight to Bucharest, Romania. She was fast, thought about everything, including about reserving seats for all 4 legs of the flights and cancelling the trip, and the fee was small. I will call her again for my next trip.

Big Family Travel

Michelle was great to work with.! We are a family of 6 so finding accommodations and flights can be challenging. Michelle helped us by researching resorts, making all resort and air reservations, and walking us through all the steps needed to be done to travel out of the country during a pandemic. Family Beach Time is the best time
