Playa Mujeres, Cancun. What can I say about it... It was SO SO pretty. Zac outdid himself with getting us the amenities we wanted and we snorkeled and went on a private sailboat cruise. It was SO fun!

The kids hadn't seen the mountains so we contacted Zac to help us plan a trip to CO and he did not disappoint.

Jamaica was beautiful. The ocean was so refreshing and the beach was a place I wanted to stay forever! Zac put us right where we wanted to be and he did it with ease and class!

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure were awesome, what we didn't realize, and what Zac led us to was how fun the water park was at Volcano Bay! We added two extra days and decided to go to the water park for one of them. We should have done two! The Krakatau water roller coaster was worth price of admission! Rode it 3 times in a row.

Zac got us tickets to Universal Studios in Orlando Florida and we didn't want to stay on site. He DID recommend we do so but we had what we wanted and stuck to our guns. He was so accommodating even though it went against his recommendation. I do have to admit, we will probably be staying on site next time we go (sorry Zac). It was a GREAT vacation, but we drove through some of the hotel areas and when Zac told us how awesome they were, he wasn't lying. Will be calling him back next year so we can try one of these!

Zac was so fast. He knows ALL there is to know about Disney, but it was more than that, he knew all there was to know about TRAVEL it seemed. No matter how many questions we had, he was so snappy quick to answer and had us stress-free the entire time. He told us how to do the Genie+ which was so intimidating before we went through the process with Zac. Will be back. 100 times over, will be back!

We are in our 50's and have traveled many times outside the USA, though it was a few years back. Things have changed. It was incredibly helpful to have Zac guide us through our trip to Cancun! He picked a great all inclusive hotel chain for us, which worked out beautifully. We had many questions arise about tours, itinerary changes, a transportation delay (not his fault), etc. He was right on the spot with immediate responses. Lisbon was an amazing place to travel to and we are so happy we had Zac to guide us through it. We had never traveled abroad before and we used Zac as much as we could. He did a great job.

Zac's expertise is definitely travel. He wants to make you happy no matter what. Being a salesman myself, I pride myself on knowing exactly when I'm being fed a line and I never got that feeling with him whatsoever. He gave us so many ideas while we were planning our trip but we never had the feeling we didn't have control. He always worked based on our requests and looked for what we wanted rather than what he thought he could sell.

Booking was quick and painless. We planned a nice trip north into Michigan for some Winter-time adventures and Zac made it happen super fast!

Dollywood was fun! The golf was better! After my husband and I decided we wanted to take the kids to Dollywood, we chose to go for 3 days. We wanted a fourth day to do something else and left it up to our agent to give us a list of activities in the area. He had such a great list of ideas but we finally decided on Gatlinburg Golf and it was AMAZING! I do wish we would have been able to do a few more items on the list we were given but we now have ideas for if we go back in the future!

We arrived in Orlando airport late. Our agent had already set up travel from the airport to our Walt Disney World Resort. We got to the resort and thanks to the tip from the agent we bypassed a decent sized line by doing mobile check-in. Our passes were ready, our room keys were ready, the parks were a breeze to navigate through with the info we were given and the only bad thing about the trip was that we didn't have more time! I was also very pleased with the price of this trip. It's expensive to travel with family these days, but having a helpful hand trying to save us money was awesome!

We couldn't take the Texas heat this year. We wanted something fun to do so we got hold of Zac and he was so helpful! We went on a cool camping expedition to Michigan and hit all sorts of fun places ending on Mackinac Island! It was very nice!

Zac got us a resort package in the US Virgin Islands and it was really fun! The water was beautiful down there and he walked us through every step. He did very well!

We decided to try something different and travel to Toronto. There was a lot more to experience in the city than we thought. He helped point out some things we may have overlooked had we not used him!

Business trip success with Zac. I might see about getting the entire company to go through him. Could I have done without? Yes. However, when I had a presentation to put on, it was VERY nice to have the travel and lodging worries in someone else's hands!
