My name is Libbi, and I'm The Gypsea Traveller. I grew up in Canada for 17 years and then moved to North Dakota for college, where I met my Husband. Growing up my parents always took us to tropical destinations for vacations since we had very cold winters! After College my Husband and I moved to Hawaii because we were tired of cold weather and were always vacationing somewhere warm.
My goal as a Travel Agent is to help you travel to tropical destinations. Whether it's island hopping in French Polynesia, relaxing at an inclusive resort in the Caribbean, snorkeling in the Maldives or planning your dream vacation to Hawaii.I'm here to get you there!

MORE THAN FIVE STARS!! Im so glad I chose The Gypsea Traveller to handle our Hawaii vacation. Libbi was such a pleasure to work with and has the most greatest personality. There was never a question that went unanswered … and I had many questions, but throughout the process Libbi answered them all without hesitation. Very knowledgeable but what’s so great is that you can honestly hear the passion that she has with getting your “dream” vacation going. She handled everything so when she says all you need to do is pack, trust me, that is literally all you need to do. A plus for me was a week before our trip I had asked for a slight change in our itinerary and she made it happen! Now had i done this myself I probably would have an anxiety attack but Libbi made it possible. By far the most best customer service I have ever encountered. Libbi YOU ROCK! Thank you for making our wedding anniversary memorable!

Libby was excellent at finding a hotel that fit our extremely specific needs. She checks in during transit and the trip to make sure everything is going smoothly, as well as after. Libby went above and beyond in helping us book on our second trip to the same hotel while using a waiver - she made sure the waiver worked smoothly when the hotel was being a bit difficult. Would happily use her for a third time!

First class service! I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe how phenomenal it was working with Libbi. My family and I had never been to Hawaii so we were having a tough time getting started on the planning. We reached out to Libbi at the Gypsea Traveller and she got us rolling! She provided a custom package and service. We let her know what we had in mind and she took those ideas and provided details and recommendations to meet our needs. The most astounding part of Libbi's service is that she was always available! She was lightning fast on her responses to our question. She also provided tips and recommendations (like when to arrive at each airport because of security lines or checkout times at hotels) to us to ensure the sure the trip was as smooth and stress free as possible. I cannot recommend The Gypsea Traveller enough! Libbi is amazing, listens to what you want, and makes everything possible. She is available 24/7 before, during, and after your vacation. I had never used a travel agent before but now, I can't imagine not booking a vacation through Libbi. She does all different locations, not JUST Hawaii. We used Libbi to plan our Hawaii honeymoon to Oahu and Maui! Libbi took care of our flights from Cali to hawaii and back, our hotels, and our rental car. Libbi lives in Hawaii and she knows about everything Hawaii related. She visits hotels so she can send you pictures/videos of options so you can see what the hotel looks like. She recommended Outrigger Reef to us and priced out different options. Our room was SPECTACULAR. I texted her as we went along with our trip for questions/recommendations when we got there and she gave us the best insight and help. Highly recommend Libbi and her company. Plan to use her for future trips

Libbi was awesome from the beginning! She helped us plan our 25th Anniversary trip going to Oahu and Maui! She answered every question and had to redo the itinerary because we were so indecisive! She is the BEST! Our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, but she was there to help with that as well. She also checked on us once we got back! Now she is helping with the insurance. Take it from me…….plan your trip with Libbi!!!

Very helpful throughout the trip! It gave me an immense peace of mind and I was able to truly relax knowing the libbi took care of everything. We had to reschedule our trip and libbi helped us I wouldn’t have any idea where to start that process. Libbi was super helpful and quick to give a variety of options for our travel ideas! We are doing a cruise next year and Libbi has made sure we have all the information we needed. She set up a zoom meeting with the cruise line and then sent us a brochure outlining all of the main talking points (locations, pricing, activities).We are not only excited about our trip, but I feel incredibly well prepared!
Side Note: Libbi has traveled A LOT, so the likelihood of her having familiarity with where you plan on going is very high. Her energy is absolutely infectious!

Libbi has traveled extensively and LOVES to research and talk about adventures. She is an honest, down-to-earth person who will do her absolute best to get you a good deal on that next trip you are looking at. And if she can't find you a great deal, she will be honest about that too! She's hardworking, compassinate, flexible, and available for any question/concern. We already booked two trips with her and I'm not going back to doing it alone! It's great to have a resource who is a real person, not a computer! Libbi was AWESOME to work with! From the initial consultation, we were impressed with Libbi's knowledge and willingness to listen to what we were wanting in an all-inclusive resort. Libbi killed it with her recommendation for us in Jamaica. She took care of everything, from booking our suite and flights, to ensuring we had all the travel information we needed, to sending us a sweet gift we could use on the beach before departure. Libbi is awesome! She booked my birthday trip to Hawaii and provided everything that I needed for the trip! She was extremely organized and very response. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner (despite the time zone differences) and was even available during my trip. Libbi made my entire booking process a breeze. Libbi has a passion for traveling and helping others meet their travel dreams! My husband and I found Libbi through a Hawaii Facebook group. We loved the fact that she actually lived in Hawaii. She set up an absolutely fantastic trip to Maui and Oahu for us that included flights, resorts, rental cars, and travel insurance. Libbi was very helpful from start to finish. She helped me and my 2 girlfriends plan for our week vacation to Cancun, Mexico. She did a great job at choosing everything from our flight to the wonderful resort we stayed at. We were so grateful that she recommended we get travel insurance because we had to postpone our trip due to unforeseen circumstances but Libbi was still there to help us through it all. Libbi was amazing! I have never used a travel agent before, so she was so helpful with the entire process. Great customer service. I appreciated the consultation meeting so Libbi could really figure out what would work best for us. Libbi was an invaluable resource while we were planning our Hawaiian honeymoon! She is full of information about Hawaii--where to stay, things to do, and how to get there--and so happy and willing to share it. We were total Hawaii newbies, and Libbi patiently answered probably 1000 questions we had about the islands and how to plan a trip there. We booked our flights from the mainland, our resort stay, our inter-island flights and our rental cars through Libbi. Libbi made my dream vacation come to life! Everything was so easy to plan, pricing choices that fit my budget and included all of the amenities we needed. She answered all of my questions for our first ever flight (from Ohio to The Big Island) and sent alot of useful information for us to go over before our trip such as laws, what to pack, ect..My husband and I enjoyed the island so much we've talked about moving there.

She gave us information on each of the islands we were interested in and helped us make the best decision based on what we were looking for. Libbi was truly so amazing and easy to work with. The consultation was so easy, I told her exactly what we were looking for (my husband and I’s honeymoon, my parents 25th anniversary, surprise vow renewal, and family vacation). She found us several different options, found flights from surrounding areas, a rental car, and even recommended a photographer/ vow renewal company. We chose the the package that worked best with us and she sent all the confirmations. She was so kind and even sent us a gift package before we left for Hawaii (hand-made earrings that we even wore for our “family pictures”/ surprise vow renewal). Hawaii Family Vacation

We were able to visit Hawaii for the very first time the beginning of February. Libbi was phenomenal! We couldn’t complete the itinerary she sent us because there was just so much. She sent us to secret lagoons, restaurants/food trucks that tourists aren’t aware of and the absolute best shaved ice we have ever eaten. She was always available with any questions and so happy to share her vast knowledge. We will absolutely we going back and using Libbi every time. She made our trip fantastic.
