She broke everything down for us, answered all of our questions and was so patient with our needs and plans changing. She was available throughout the whole process from first inquiry to the last day of our trip! She is organized and knows all there is to know about travel, especially with kiddos!! I couldn't have done this trip without her!

Planning our quick getaway for our anniversary trip was a breeze with Ashley! We gave her a very short notice and she started pulling plans together immediately. My husband and I wanted a quick and fun getaway for our anniversary trip; it was also our first trip leaving our 6 month old baby behind! She was able to get us a deal on a room at Loews Sapphire Falls that wasn't even showing on their website and gave us the perfect 1-day itinerary at Universal Studios with great insider info. She booked our dinner reservations for each night we were there, so one less thing for us to worry about, and even made sure they knew it was our anniversary (the surprise dessert at Strong Water Tavern was delicious!). Ashley was incredibly quick to respond, changed it up when we needed, and gave us information about the hotel and Universal that we wouldn't have found elsewhere. We couldn't recommend Ashley enough! We will definitely be using her again for future travels!

Ashley, was BEYOND a pleasure to work with. We had a large group of 16, with varying age ranges and wants. She talked through every step, every change and every little detail with us! I have been to Disney world multiple times, this was my first time using an agent and there is no way I will ever go back! I am so thankful for her help with all of our reservations especially! When you have such a large family restaurant reservations are VERY hard to try and navigate. Ashley knew exactly what we needed to do and how to get it done and she did it all! Ashley you as fantastic to work with and made our short trip to Universal the best that it could possibly be. We only had one day and night to spend at Universal, but she mapped out a plan that allowed us to do every ride we wanted and several we did multiple times within one day in August due to her suggestion we stay at the Royal Pacific which includes the unlimited Express Pass and we got an upgrade to the Club Floor at the hotel. Her suggestion of Antojitos for dinner was excellent and she secured reservations for us so we didn’t have to wait. Ashley was available to answer all our questions and provided both digital and hard copies of our travel itinerary which was great for my map loving husband. I look forward to planning more trips with Ashley.

Ashley helped us plan our honeymoon and did all of the work for us - as we were planning our wedding and also renovating our new home, Ashley made sure all of the fine details were taken care of so that we didn't have to. She also checked in frequently, even with the trip being several months away. She even let us know about excursions available on our vacation and she set them up for us. She put all of our information, including flights, resort info, and excursion info into an app that made it organized and easily accessible. This was my first time working with a travel agent, and Ashley exceeded my expectations. We will most definitely be using her services on our next adventure :)

My family recently went on an amazing Disney vacation planed by Ashley. We spent a day at Magic Kingdom and then went on a four day cruise to the Bahamas. Ashley is a life saver. She's been so helpful and amazing through planning my vacations. She is very tentative and that is very hard to find in people these days. Without her I would've been struggling trying to plan my vacations. On my most recent vacation, Ashley helped me get through a panic attack while I was at the airport trying to get home. Our first flight was super delayed and left us with no layover time. She mapped out our route to get to the next gate for our connecting flight. We just got back from a 12 day Disneyworld and Universal Studios trip. We stayed between three different resorts and had three different travel groups.
