Tom was very thorough and professional from start to finish. He helped us find a great hotel rate just off of Michigan Ave. and was very patient with us as we looked through the options. Upon arriving at our hotel room, it exceeded our expectations. Tom not only helped us with our hotel but also provided us with information on things to do in the city and a list of bars/restaurants which helped as we navigated our way through the city. We will only be booking my trips through Tom and I recommend him to anyone looking on having a worry free trip! Already looking forward to my next trip.

Tom was recommended to us for help in planning our trip to Hawaii. My wife and I found him to be helpful in every step of the planning process. We came to him with a general idea of where we wanted to go and when. Several options were suggested and the planning process started from there. We liked that he listened to what we wanted to do and made suggestions based on our desires. We settled on a direct flight from O'Hare to Maui, HI and then on to Kauai. Tom was familiar with Kauai, as he travelled there in the recent past. His suggestion was to stay at 2 different resorts, one on the north and one on the south end of the island to experience the best of what Kauai has to offer. This suggestion was spot on! We both enjoyed our time and experiences in Kauai and cannot wait to return.
Tom is a good communicator; email, phone calls, virtual meetings or text messages whatever our preference was at the time. Checked in often and was proactive. Our trip was stress free!

Making arrangements in New York City can be daunting, but with Tom's help it couldn't have been easier. The confirmations and updates were very helpful. Really good communication.

I naturally had waited too long before planning what to do on a trip to the Big Island in Hawaii. But Tom helped us book three amazing adventures to Mauna Kea, Volcano National Park and a night snorkel with manta rays. All were incredible experiences led by excellent guides. We would never have considered swimming with manta rays - at night no less - if Tom hadn’t recommended it based on his own personal experience! We don’t use a travel agent when we travel, we like figuring out our plans ourselves. However, we have never cruised and recommendations suggested using a travel agent for Alaska.
