Kathryn is amazing! My past few trips have consisted of many changes and updates and Kathryn always took care of them quickly and professionally making it very easy for me, especially when I don’t have to call Disney, she will do it for me! She even took the time to make me a lanyard with some hand sanitizer for my precious trip- given today’s time extra hand sanitizer is always beneficial! She is very knowledgeable about the information she gave me. Was able to answer all questions quickly. She was willing to take the time to search good deals for me for hotels,etc.

So it was my first time Traveling to Florida and visiting DisneyWorld and the other parks and Kathryn helped with all the planning of the hotel, park tickets, dining plan, the magic bands and even helped set up fast passes for rides as well as restaurant reservations.. She even kept a eye on the rides seeking to get me the best rides available if a fast pass popped up. Soo awesome of her! Very convenient and very helpful. She is super attentive and detailed oriented. Even emailed me a packet of my trip and what the plans were along with food suggestions. She’s pretty quick to respond if you have any questions. All and all I’ve enjoyed working with her and am already planning a new Disney trip and have already reached out to her for help with that. Kathryn was amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable about all things disney and disney travel. She provided us with all of the tips, tricks and info we needed to get the most out of our experience. She was also there for us when we went through a travelers nightmare (our flight turned us around and took us all the way back home and canceled the flight when we were almost to our destination!).
