I am a former hotel manager with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During this time I have led teams to multiple brand and third party service awards. I consider myself a perennial student of the travel industry and am very excited about transitioning to working on this side of the fence so to speak. 

Travel has always been an inherited passion of mine and I had already visited most of the United States and Canada during my childhood. I also have traveled throughout Europe and Central America as well. I was fortunate enough to first travel without my parents on a school group tour throughout all of Italy when I was just 16!

Hotels have always fascinated me, which led me to majoring in Hotel Management and graduating from St. John's University in Queens, NY with my BS in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business Administration. My years in hotel management brought me to the Manchester, New Hampshire Airport market where I was rapidly promoted to General Manager of a busy 108 room property. Eventually, I found myself missing the full-service hotel life and took a job managing the rooms division of the largest convention hotel in the region, with 250 guest rooms and 65k sq ft of meeting space. This diverse experience was great as I believe that it now suits me well in being able to help corporate & group clients in addition to leisure travelers.

In addition to my professional experience, I also did graduate with two master's degrees from Southern New Hampshire University while working full-time and raising two children. I have obtained both my MS in Organizational Leadership and my MBA with a focus in Global Business, as well as a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management. My desire to learn and educate myself continues today as I love to soak up any training that is offered by suppliers in the travel industry. I believe that the best way I can serve my clients in addition to consistent, superior service is to keep up to date on what is happening in this industry!

Outside of work, I am a happily married father of two great children, two dogs, and one Uromastryx(who is supposed to be my son's, but somehow I am the caretaker)!
