Customer Service That Surpassed All Expectations

We decided to travel to Disney World with seven days notice. I contacted Erin to see if this was possible. Not only did she say “yes!”, she helped us create an amazing experience. She helped us snag the perfect at dining experiences last minute and navigate through the new Genie plus system. Erin used our budget to create the best vacation for us that checked all of our boxes. She was very responsive to every question I had. She set everything up for us from transportation to stroller reservations. I am a very organized person, so I had high expectations. Erin surpassed my expectations, and our trip couldn’t have been as stress-free as it was without her.

Our 50th anniversary cruise

Erin prepared a cruise for us and good friends celebrating our 50th anniversary. This was the first time we had used a travel agent. She handled everything with all the details and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. Unfortunately due to weather we had airline cancellations. She handled getting us hotel reservations and making sure that our trip was stress free. We had a wonderful time and we’re looking forward to working with her again.

Erin is great to work with! She helped us plan a trip to an area that we've never been to before. She helped coordinate with another travel agency that was local to the area we visited. She followed up in finding great places for us to eat, shared her expert travel tips and was a huge relief to know that she was available to help in the event of any problems (which we didn't have any). I highly recommend her.
