Janice was a life saver. I booked my trip through Costco and didn't realize how much I would need a planner. I missed booking Oogie Boogie and couldn't figure out how with work travel to be on calls and on the computer at 5 am to book reservations, and I wasn't sure of which places would be the best spots. Janice fixed all of that for us. Our kids built lightsabers at Sabi's and headed to the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique. We had a perfect balance of lunch and dinner reservations to balance out our trip. I was so glad Janice could help us. Next time I will call her to book the entire trip from the start.

I cannot believe she pulled it off, but she did! My mom passed away in October, and the thought of Christmas without her was almost unbearable. My brother and I decided we would get our families together and head to Disney. We knew it was last minute, but Janice jumped in immediately, kept us on deadline, and was able to pull together a wonderful vacation for us.
