I lived in Pennsylvania most of my life, but I have a deep connection to many great countries. My wanderlust began in college when I had the opportunity to spend a year in Switzerland. Being in the center of Europe gave me the chance to travel to numerous other countries including:

  • France
  • Spain
  • England
  • Italy
  • The Soviet Union
  • And more!

Experiencing all of these different countries and cultures gave me a passion for traveling that has only grown stronger. I went into accounting right after graduate school, but in 1987, I decided to open my own travel agency!

My time as an accountant gave me a strong analytical edge, and combined with my years of experience in Europe and abroad, I know how to maximize your time in any destination. I want to learn about your goals and interests so I can create an itinerary that covers all of your passions.

I understand what can realistically be done on a vacation, and I know how to create an itinerary that gives equal time to activity and leisure. With my assistance, you can rest easy knowing that your vacation is optimized just for you!

While France is my favorite destination, my greatest vacation was in South Africa and Victoria Falls. We went on a safari ride in the dark and heard a lion roar before approaching our vehicle. This was an unforgettable moment, and it reaffirmed my belief that traveling is one of the most important things in life. From walking over historic bridges on the Seine in Paris to night time safaris, traveling gives us moments to cherish forever.

Hig Quality Food Requests

Linda is wonderful. She listens to her clients and what THEY want. We have traveled twice through Linda and will be traveling now to Jamaica with our whole family in a week. In the past our number one request is high quality food. We can do with out certain things as long as the food is excellent. She has always produced amazing recommendations and we have never been disappointed. She is a wonderful agent and I appreciate being able to run things past her about ideas for trips and see her thoughts before we make any big decisions.

Great Travel Agent

On a cold winter Saturday over 10 years ago I needed a vacation. I picked up the phone and started calling travel agents. Thankfully Linda answered the phone and I've been dealing with her ever since. Linda will make your vacation planning experience seamless and exciting. She brings to the table extensive knowledge of places all over the world from her first hand experiences. Even the smallest of details in your planning will not be left unaddressed. Linda worked so hard to find hotels/bed and breakfasts within our preferences and our price range. She put together a great package (including airfare, travel insurance, rental car) at a great price. She answered our e-mails and phone calls promptly when we were in the planning stage. Also, she was available via e-mail while we were abroad for any questions that came up.
She is very caring and very personable.

Before I die, I want to see it all!

I've taken several international trips, all planned by Linda, with the most recent being Spain and Italy. I'm a busy professional who travels for work so I am experienced in planning and booking my own travel. The internet can make anyone feel like an expert these days but Linda knows all of the small details that one might miss when planning a vacation. She takes time to get to know her clients, what they like to do (relax or roll...we like to roll). Linda is also mindful of our budget (we like the best things for the lowest price). She never tries to "sell" us anything, only plans what we'd like to do. Linda really thinks of everything, The best part is that we get to show up and enjoy. There is no stress since she's planned day by day, listing all information in a concise format. I swear she gets better pricing than I can find on the internet so I always know we got the best deal. I won't plan a vacation without her!

The best vacation by far

I can't say enough about Linda as our travel agent. My husband and I have used Linda for numerous vacations over the past 9 years and will not plan a vacation without her knowledge, experience and attention to detail. We have traveled to Italy, Paris,Mexico, Punta Cana, Jamaica and had a wonderful experience at all locations. I was stuck in N.C. during a snow storm and Linda spent the weekend trying to get me a flight home. She called me on Sunday (while still stuck in Chicago) to see if I was ok. She is the best at her job.

What a Great Trip!

I just gave Linda the barest outlines of what we wanted for this trip. She took it and ran with it. She got in everything we wanted to do, plus she recommended a place for us to visit that ended up being one of our favorite places! She booked everything for us. All we had to do was give the desk person our name for our rental car or our room and there we were in their computer. We went so many different places. Linda planned out the best route for us. (Seattle, Yellowstone, Colorado, New Mexico, Grand Canyon & Sedona!)

Trips of a Lifetime!

I have worked with Linda Harger planning trips for me for more years than I want to say....around 20!!! I wouldn't think of taking a trip without her help. I know many people go online for plane tickets and hotels,car rentals,etc. But when you do that you cut out the best insurance that you will have a fabulous trip/vacation. Linda's years of experience in the travel industry are passed onto you. Not only does she have the knowledge of where you are going, in many cases she has been there!! You get all the helpful hints on places to go, what you should take with you, and you will have the best accommodations that you can afford. And what if some unforseen problem arises? You are not in a city/country without any help. Linda is available to help solve your problem. If you made your own trip, you would be on your own! Some of my many trips through Linda have been to Hawaii, France, South Aftrica, Machu Picchu, to name a few. I highly recommend Linda.
