This is the Captain speaking….. I started working at my first airline back in 1984. Now some 38+ years and several airlines later, I am an Airline Captain based in Dallas. My wife, Vicki and I started cruising over 35 years ago and we have cruised over 80 times on various different cruise lines, ships and ports!
I have always enjoyed talking about cruises to friends, family and fellow airline employees. Now I meet and talk with airline employees from coast to coast and explain the benefits of CRUISING!
I am an airline employee helping airline employees, their families and friends plan their vacations! If you don't work for an airline, no problem! I help EVERYONE plan their cruise vacations!

I have booked three different cruises with Captain Mike and each and every time he has taken the extra time to explain everything to make sure there were no surprises, and everything went off as scheduled. He goes out of his way with providing trip insurance which fits our needs and he also takes the time to help us with the excursions portion of the trip. He always explains everything upfront regarding the costs and extras, such as drink packages and Wi-Fi, etc. I am already looking forward to my next vacation and using Captain Mike as my travel agent. He is the best.!! PS he is a pilot on American Airlines, so he really knows his business.

Just back from another Capt Mike cruise vacation. Everything from start to end went perfect. Mike emails or calls you immediately and follows up until you return. His customer service is amazing ,fast and informative. He knows his cruise lines and interline rules. I am always satisfied with the interline rate. Never have I been charged booking fees as I did with another interline company.Mike has been my only go to when I travel. Thanks Mike for the past 8-10 years of perfect cruising for me and my co workers. Next Capt Mike booked cruise is in August 2016.

We just finished our second trip booked through Capt Mike. He did another amazing job for us. We first used him last year for our honeymoon to Punta Cana. He saved us over $200 compared to the next cheapest deal with the same resort.
We just got back from our cruise that Mike booked for us. He was very helpful in getting us a great deal and room selection. We had a blast on the cruise.

Captain Mike is EXTRAORDINARY!!! After booking a Christmas cruise for my 3 children with a "well-known Interline travel agency"…only to be told by the cruise line, as we were about to take off, that we didn't have the proper Visas (that were well known to take 3 months to obtain) and were also told by the cruise line, that we would lose our $5000 because the travel agent "failed" to advise us of the Visa we needed…I was extremely fortunate and blessed to find CAPTAIN MIKE!!! Mike found us an AWESOME cruise and saved Christmas for my three children. I will definitely use Captain Mike for all of our future travel needs!!! He is thorough and educated. As a former travel agent with 25 years experience I know a travel professional when I work with one. I have booked 6 cruises with Capt. Mike in the last 2 years, it was easier than booking it myself. Never a problem, always prompt service with a caring attitude. You always get your money's worth when you book with the Captain. He is professional in and out of the cockpit.
