Dawn is amazing and a true professional to work with. She really does listen to what we are thinking and will then give us so many options. Dawn has been my “go to” travel agent for over 18 years. I value her knowledge and experience . I have never been disappointed with any trip/vacation she has planned for me. Dawn is thorough, showing great attention to detail, works within your budget and always finds the perfect trip to suit your needs. She is also very pleasant to work with, having a great personality and patient, cheerful attitude. All the above is why I chose her to plan our family river boat cruise to celebrate a 21st, 50th and 70th birthday. The 10 days were wonderful and perfect for all.

Great 50th Birthday Trip!

This was our first all inclusive vacation, and we were also traveling with another couple. We set up a group email with Dawn, we all shared what we were looking for, and she came back with choices for us to choose from. We were extremely happy with the hotel we chose. It was beautiful, clean, the food was fabulous and the staff was extremely friendly.Dawn also set us up with private shuttles to and from the airport, which was a lifesaver after our flight and customs.

I have used Dawn as our travel agent for years. She has always found us fabulous trips and made traveling so easy. This year she has really gone above and beyond. I tested pos for COVID 2 wks before our trip. She was very reassuring, was fast in her responses and told me what I had to do. She made me feel so much better. Dawn is the best! She knows the best places to go, no matter what you are looking for - she knows it all. She takes care of you from start to finish and she is there for you when you have a million questions. Dawn has been our travel agent for 23 years and has expertise in all facets of travel. She knows what our family likes and has made great recommendations and has successfully recommended new adventures. She makes sure all of the plans are done correctly and usually provides prices and activities that we cannot get on our own. She is creative and can solve problems. Dawn also is always available and communicates by phone or in person so that questions and desires can be taken care of immediately. In addition she has a great personality.
