My fondest memories are all from spending time traveling with my family and friends. These are memories that I will treasure forever. I will always treasure walking through the Palace of Versailles with my sons, the magic of Disney with friends or a Caribbean cruise with my husband! Kim is knowledgeable, and organized, Kept us informed the entire time we needed to do something or had a deadline. She printed all of our boarding passes and luggage tags. I didn’t have to think of anything it was all taken care of by Kim. She is so sweet and caring and I will definitely use her for all my future traveling.

Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and organized. Wonderful to work with and provided great excursion recommendations. She regularly provided updates which were helpful. Prior to my departure she provided me with reminder of check-in deadlines and helpful items such as what to pack for my cruise. Wow! I just returned from the most amazing European trip! 14 days total with 3 of those days in Paris, 7 days on a river boat cruise in Germany, and 3 more days in Prague. All of this was planned with the help of Kim Blain. She was amazing! I had never been to Europe and being a female and of “senior age”, I was understandably nervous about traveling to Europe. Kim made sure that every step of my trip was planned to get the most bang for my buck and that I didn’t have to worry about anything. There was always a Cruise Director, Guide or Valet there to meet me at every step. Every facet of the trip was covered including transportation, transfers to and from destinations, lodging and even most of my meals. If you think you’d like to travel but you’re feeling nervous about it, give Kim a call! You will NOT be disappointed! I will definitely be calling on her again. 😊

Kim is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She went above and beyond what was expected. Since this was my first time traveling on a cruise, she was able to walk me through everything providing all the things I needed to know to have a quick boarding and disembarking process. Kim hand delivered printed out luggage tags, tickets, and a itemized list of items to pack. She communicated all the deadlines such as competing health survey and checking in on line to ensure I met the necessary timelines. She was able to answer every question I had regarding the trip which included understanding the billing. Kim was also able to make suggestions for the best excursions to take. The trip was the best experience I’ve ever had and it’s thanks to Kim and her expertise.

Excellent, Kim is the absolute best? She will get you the best deal within your budget to include the nice accommodations with all the perks. She is very informative and will keep you up to date on travel policy, the ever-changing travel requirements, and provides pre-trip suggestions with hotel stay and parking. She just wants everything to be perfect. She even added a personal touch printed out my travel tickets and luggage tags for me. I am looking forward to using her to plan my next vacation getaway!
