Abby was heaven-sent. My bride and I were pinching pennies, traveling for other weddings and holidays, stressed out of our mind planning our own wedding and the last thing either of us could think of was a honeymoon. It was already decided to push the honeymoon another year or 2 UNTIL I met Abby. I did not give Abby much to work with besides "somewhere quiet, beautiful, on a beach with drinks and good service...under this small budget." Abby took the reins from there making it possible for us to take a honeymoon right after our wedding. A main topic of conversation on the honeymoon was "this was just too easy, where are we going next and when?" Abby made the process so simple, fun, and stress-free allowing my wife and I to tackle other stresses right up until our flight...then poof, we were living a dream a few hours later. She catered to the few desires we shared, filled in the gaps, and planned the perfect honeymoon. 10/10 will be trusting her to plan our next va

Abby is just the BEST! She is super organized and handles every single detail. She put us in the best hotels to make our airline transfers easy. Every person who was supposed to pick us up was there on time with great vehicles and drivers. We did not have a single issue on a 16-day trip with lodging in FIVE different places, eight different flights, five ferries, multiple tours. I will use her for every trip (and we already have for the last three or four).

Abby was the best travel agent I have ever worked with. From the beginning to the end she made things so easy for us. Our daughter and granddaughter wanted to go to the beach for their birthdays. There were a total of 6 of us going on the trip. Abby recommended a fabulous all inclusive resort. She made all the arrangements including air transportation and transportation to and from the resort per our requirements. She sent helpful information and reminders before and during the trip. She even reached out to the resort to be sure they acknowledged the birthdays which was a nice surprise. We all had an awesome time. I would definitely recommend using Abby. This was my first time using a travel agent and it will definitely not be my last! I started my vacation planning process feeling totally overwhelmed. I reached out to Abby and within DAYS she sent me options. Once the ball was rolling, I actually started to get EXCITED for our trip rather than anxious.
Abby didn’t just send me a list of hotels/room options/transportation options; she took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the options so we were able to pick what worked best for us. This lead to having the most PERFECT trip down to every little detail.
I can say with absolute certainty that this was the most seamless vacation we as a family have ever been on and being that this was a Disney cruise with a 3 year old…that says a lot for how knowledgeable and caring Abby is.
She even took the time to get us set up for extras on the ship that we didn’t even think were possible! When I say Abby goes the extra mile…she went 10 more.

Abby went above and beyond to make our trip AMAZING! She was always checking for better deals, it ended up saving us not just hundreds but over $2,000. Before our trip she was always available to answer any questions, and if she didn’t know she found out for us.
When we came across some issues with some reservations she was able to contact the manager at Sandals to get it resolved quickly. We also came up with some bumps with customs and catching the next flight, even though Abby was traveling with her family at the same time she was still working on helping us navigate and also gave us one of her colleagues numbers to help if she was unavailable. Everything was perfectly amazing!

Abby was incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of our trip. We literally rode 98% of the ride at magic kingdom in one day because of all the planning and educating on fast passes and navigating the park. Every restaurant we wanted reservations for (which are soooo hard to get) we ended up getting a table.
