Stacy was amazing and easy to work with! From the beginning, she listened to my wants and hopes for the trip. She took that information, factored in our family situation, and her extreme knowledge of universal studios. Her doing all this for us, helped us optimize all of our time at the theme parks during one of the busiest times of the year. Also, she stayed in contact with me during the trip to help me navigate any issues that we might have had with our return flight, since the weather was getting bad back home.

Stacy was amazing - from helping us decide on a location prior to our trip and coordinating all necessary reservations. Her photos and facebook page were extremely helpful in helping our family make our destination decision. She monitored and kept us on track for all required documents, and shortly before the trip, she provided a print out of all necessary documents and very thorough instructions, travel tips, and tips for the city once we arrived. But Stacy's help doesn't end here. She monitored flights and other necessary arrangements during our stay so we would have an easy transition home. We sadly had an illness during our vacation, and Stacy was just a text / phone call away every step of the way to help coordinate travel requirements, insurance, next steps, etc. We definitely felt like we had an alley with us on our trip! I can't wait to book another trip using Stacy's help and resources!

Stacy was easy and thorough in planning our cruise. She took all of the details off of my plate so I could "mom" before our trip instead of worry about booking and prepping for our trip.

Stacy did a great job planning our Jamaica trip. Got an excursion booked for us, transfers to and from airport. Stacy wad on vacation herself on a boat while we were in Jamaica. She checked on us made sure all was going good, sent reminders to check in 24 hours before our flight, stacy made us feel like VIPs!

Stacy was awesome to work with. She provided us with options and took what we said into consideration saving us time. She didn't try to sell us on a resort or anything for that matter that was more than we wanted. She not only booked everything but was up at 5:45 am on a Sunday making sure boarding went well. She continued to watch our flights and let us know we had a gate change, which I have never had happen with a travel agent. Her detailed information of the airport kept us from getting stuck by the timeshare groups and we made it to our resort very happy with the explanation. Never having dove in Cozumel before, we were happy to have the Sharky crew's information from someone we knew and trusted. We will recommend her to anyone and can't wait to use her again!

It was very comforting to know that she was monitoring for any hiccups during your travel and planned for any foreseen problems. She even pre-booked a car rental for our son and wife and re-booked their flight while they were in the air thus ensuring they arrived home and did not have to deal with the airline. Very impressed.

Stacy is incredibly thorough in planning. I also really appreciate that she is in contact with me/her clients the days before to go over important details and on the day of travel to insure we got to and from our resorts. If there were any flight changes, I often was informed by her before I ever noticed on my flight apps. In addition, during Covid she was incredibly resourceful on all of the guidelines/requirement to travel during that time. She is just overall exceptional and definitely goes far above the calling of travel agent for her people!
