I asked for two things, and last minute at that. 1.) A much needed girls trip that we could have top notch fun; and 2.) I not have to think about any of the details of the booking process! Leonte delivered both requests efficiently and elaborately.

Mr. McDaniel managed a large destination wedding for us. The resort we chose unexpectedly began renovations post us booking our wedding. Due to the renovations, many of our guests ran into issues at check in without warning pre-traveling. Mr. McDaniel personally waited at the front desk to be the mediator to resolve any booking issues as each of our guests arrived and went above and beyond to make sure all were compensated fairly for any booking issues.
