Wellness Retreats & Spa Getaways
A few years ago, I joined the Virtuoso Wellness Community. It was a good fit for me, because I try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I have always been drawn to the wellness industry from exercise, healthy eating, yoga, meditation, facial and body treatments, and spas and retreats. It became even more important to me when I found that my regular practice of yoga was helping reduce stress and alleviating the plantar fasciitis that was plaguing me at the time. I am now starting to plan small group wellness retreats for my clients. In October of 2022, my first retreat will take place in Madeira. I also specialize in travel to Asia and Indian Subcontinent. These regions are well-known for their wellness offerings with Thai Massage and Indian Ayurvedic. If you’re looking for something domestic, allow me to send you to a retreat at the Art of Living in Boone, NC for a laidback yoga retreat, which I highly recommend from personal experience.

Our trip was SO special!

We had a wonderful trip, tailored to our interests. Barbara listened well in planning our itinerary. When issues arose and it looked like we were going to be stuck on a small island due to weather problems, Barbara and her team were already making contingency plans by the time our plane landed! So reassuring! It really was the best vacation we have had in years. Barbara was also helpful and patient with our post-COVID, out-of-practice questions like "What travel plug converter do I need?" Just wonderful.
