Ashley made our honeymoon to Disney a dream come true. While I was busy planning a wedding, I was overwhelmed with thoughts of planning a honeymoon, too! Ashley made every step easy - from helping us pick a resort by showing us her Youtube tours of rooms, to making us reservations at all of the restaurants we wanted to try! I'll never plan a trip to Disney without Ashley!!

Ashley and Paul made booking our trip easy. Laid out all the dining options, ways to get on every ride we wanted and how to see all the things we didn’t want to miss. They booked our trip and then when a promo came up, applied it to save us money even after we had booked! Disney can be extremely overwhelming but using Paul and Ashley made it seamless and easy. Ashley was a our fairy god planner for our Disney dream trip. It was a hair-pulling experience, until Ashley came to our rescue. We were trying to navigate the online booking process for a dream vacation to Disney World. Our expectations from their phone "support" proved to be anything but a "magical day". Then Ashley stepped in. Not only did she save our vacation, but she also made it happen.
We were vacationing with a special needs adult child that required detailed planning. She worked her magic.
Sleeping arrangements: Ashley booked them and got us a discount to boot.

Ashley was amazing to work with. As someone who hasn’t been to the “new Disney” in a while (9 years to be exact) Ashley walked us through every step answered every question with patience and a genuine pleasantness and had no issues with my constant upgrades to our trip. I find it hard to not do the work myself but Ashley did way more than expected and the results were a memorable first trip for our daughters

My experience working with Ashley was phenomenal. Ashley was a true professional, responded timely to all of my emails/messages, provided plans for each park, and even answered messages while I was actually on the vacation!
Ashley spent a good amount of time on phone calls with me as well. She never rushed me off the phone and was very patient with me during all of my concerns/worries about the trip. I also really appreciated that Ashley shared what she personally does with her family with me. She was completely honest and I felt prepared going into the trip. I feel that Ashley went above and beyond to make our trip successful and I hope to plan another trip with her soon!

I knew Ashley was a perfect fit for planning our Disney Vacation from the minute I submitted my initial inquiry. She responded within minutes, and those quick responses continued throughout the entire planning process. She eased any worry, planned all our dining reservations, and helped us with tips and tricks for the new Genie+ system. Before leaving for our trip my son was injured, and she immediately hopped on a call with me to explain the DAS pass. My daughter is very afraid of Fireworks, and I had asked if we could submit a room request that allowed us a view of them from our hotel balcony. Not only was the request honored, but the room and view were literally something out of my dreams. Ashley truly cares about each travelers experience right down to the intricate details.
