As a Life & Wellness Coach and travel experience curator, I curate culturally immersive travel experiences for individuals and small groups (10 max), catering to your curiosity and desire to connect with your soul essence, participate in mindful & restorative activities, engage with diverse people; and experience food, culture & excursions in your chosen destination. 

I have over 20 combined years of travel and event planning experience. And, I’ve traveled to 39 of our 52 states; 8 countries...and counting. As a Associate Certified Life Coach, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBCHWC), my passion is wellness travel and designing wellness retreats. My favorite places are Belize, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Florida, Jamaica and Mexico; however with research and access to industry resources, I can curate an experience to wherever you choose.

Solo Wellness & Spiritual Retreat

I went on a solo wellness retreat to Ft. Myers Beach, Florida, specifically curated for me. From the moment I landed in Florida, I was pampered. My four-day retreat consisted of meditation, reading, reflection, journaling and rest. I had no idea that my body, mind and emotions were in such a chronic state of stress from everyday life. It allowed me the sacred space to acknowledge that I needed to be honest with myself...and it gave me permission to work on ME with God’s help. I returned from this retreat with a calm mind, and new plan and direction for my life. Coach GwenB intentionally curated my solo retreat to allow me intimate time alone with God and my thoughts.
