Our 5Oth Wedding Anniversary

Diane was courteous, prompt, and innovative in working with us to come up with suggestions to help us with our trip. An example is coordinating a pre- excursions before we got on the Pride of America Norwegian Ship to the Hawaiian Islands. This extra extension to the cruise included a trip to the Northern Shore, the Dole Plantation, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor, USS Missouri, USS Arizona Memorial,USS Bowfin, Pacific Aviation Museum, downtown Honolulu, scenic south shore, and Kualoa Ranch Experience where Jurassic Park was filmed. The purpose of this experience was to get acquainted and understand the culture of the Hawaiian people. We were fortunate to have an excellent tour guide for these 3 days who knew the area and its history and presented it in a very interesting way. Diane coordinated and assisted in transfers, hotel on the way back to Texas, as well as gave suggestions and answered questions that we had.

Outstanding Service

Diane is the best travel consultant we have used. Two examples of her work: First we were in Germany on a trip she had arranged. It was the the worst trip imaginable. We called her (in the middle of the night her time) and she contacted the agent in Germany and got things fixed. Second, we arranged a river trip, then Covid hit. The river cruise was going to keep our money until December 2022. Diane was turned down several times to get a refund, but finally got a refund. She has been outstanding.

I highly recommend Diane. We are members of a group that travels annually for a business meeting. Diane has been coordinating our trips for many years. She finds the best choices for us and then we decide where we want to go. In the past we have gone on cruises and, now, we have changed to land based resorts. Two years ago she found a mansion in the DR with 19 bedrooms, a chef and personal service. WOW. The past two years we have gone to Jamaica and Costa Rica and stayed in All-Inclusive Resorts. Next year, we will go to Mexico. Diane takes care of the transfers and makes certain where we go is safe. Diane is very professional and knows what is available in all price ranges. Thank you so much for all your help with planning our trip to Alaska! I can't tell you enough how much fun my girls & I had on this trip. I know nothing is perfect but this trip was near the top! Airlines on time, Sound Hotel in Seattle felt very safe & close to everything we wanted to see. Ovation is a beautiful ship & staff, entertainment, our room, was tops! We also met some great cruisers! Our excursions also were so exciting; Alaska is beyond breathtaking & pictures don't do it justice. I was overwhelmed!! We saw 3 orcas, 4 humpback whales, sea lions, seals, & eagles so Amy was in her element for sure. Anyway,we all agree it was the best vacation ever & would definitely do it all over again. Thanks again!

Exceeds expectations/5 stars does not do Diane Justice. My wife and I scheduled a destination Wedding in Mexico during Covid. Obviously, during this time, things changed frequently. These changes should have created chaos for us, but Diane was always there to fix everything with a cheery attitude. We sent 50 people to Mexico during the pandemic. She covered all our questions, concerns, and travel updates regularly. Her and her team were able to accommodate last minute changes for guests in addition to last minute adjustments by the bride and groom.Diane was able to accommodate everything and made our lives so easy. Diane genuinely cared. We will me using Diane for all of our travel in the future. We couldn’t recommend Diane and her team more.

40th Anniversary

I contacted Diane to help us plan our "bucket list" anniversary trip to Alaska. I had been looking online but wasn't confident in doing this myself. Having personal experience traveling to Alaska Diane suggested changing our trip route a bit to save some driving. She made all the reservations and was able to book our flights from GSO which is much more convenient for us. Every reservation was waiting for us as expected and we even got a couple of upgrades because "somehow" they knew we were celebrating our 40th anniversary. Nice touch! The accommodations were clean, quiet and safe. We could actually relax and that's what vacations are for ultimately. Every single excursion was politely expecting us and most ended up being private simply because the tourist season had not really gotten into full swing yet. Thanks for your help, Diane!

We worked with Diane on a custom designed guided tour of Italy. She arranged private tour guides so we were not part of a large group. It was just the 6 of us. Everything worked like clockwork from start to finish. There was always someone waiting to pick us up and drop us off at every city transfer. Our tour included Venice, Florence, Positano and Rome. Positano is a must stop if you are in Italy by the way. Please do not hesitate to place your trust in Diane. We will be using her I'm sure many times in the future.

As novice travelers, we set out with a little anxiety. However, that was entirely an unnecessary emotion. We expected a 15 day Alaska land-cruise vacation to be filled with lots of problems. Not so! Our trip with many preplanned excursions, that kept us on the move, all went without a hitch. From the time our departing flight left until we arrived back home everything went so smoothly. Well, maybe Chicago's O'Hare did rattle us a bit. BIG, BUSY airport!! All thanks to Diane. She planned our trip carefully and supplied us with all the info we needed to have a happy vacation.

Outstanding, beyond the normal agency person. She got us back off a cruise in St. Thomas when my wife was sick and re-arranged out flights with Delta and got us home 3 days early.She is the best, which is why I have recommended her to many, many people.

We would absolutely recommend Diane! We met personally with Diane when we were in the initial stages of selecting a travel agent. At the time, it seemed like a good fit and over time we knew for sure we had chosen the right agent. She was helpful with both suggestions for us and following thru with things we knew we wanted to do ahead of time. When we were overseas, she answered questions we came across during our trip. She was awesome!

Diane is a wonderful travel agent. She goes beyond my expectations and always provides me with detail information that gives me confidence in my decisions. She wants to make sure that we have the most wonderful experience possibly while on vacations. She has provided the most excellent service possible over the past 5 years that we have been traveling. She is very honest and trustworthy.. If she thinks a trip would not be suitable for your utmost pleasure she would brig better selections to your attention. I really enjoyed working with Diane as my travel agent, as a professional, and now my friend.

50th Wedding Anniversary
We had hit an impasse on where to go on our 50th wedding anniversary trip. We needed guidance and advice. Diane provided us that and more. She is super knowledgeable and dedicated to making her client’s trip experience wonderful! Most important she really listens. The Regents Caribbean cruise was just what we needed, relaxing and still adventurous with new destinations. Plus some pampering. Highly recommend. Thanks Diane. We are ready to plan our next trip for our 51st anniversary!

Plans Worked Out To Perfection
The travel plans are complex anytime you go overseas. We just felt that we were being so well taken care of, all plans worked out to perfection. Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our trip. A great time to unplug from work and it was an awesome itinerary. We always felt that Diane was with us, supporting us so faithfully from the time we decided to take the trip, all of the way through to the time we came home from it. Numerous Trips!
Diane did a great job scheduling our trip to Zion/Grand Canyon/Vegas. We did a lot of moving around and she made sure we were well taken care of. Diane has done numerous trips for us, including my parents anniversary trip to Hawaii, a girls trip to Jamaica, etc. We love using her because she gives great advice and really helps you stay within the budget you set. Kauai Honeymoon
Diane did a tremendous job for us on our honeymoon trip to Kauai. She had everything mapped out for us, transportation, accommodations, several excursions. even a scooter for me as I have a bad limp. Nothing was left to chance. It was the perfect honeymoon, delayed by Covid 10, and my wife and both agree it was the best vacation we have ever had. My hats off to Diane. and he has my upmost praise. I can recommend her without any reservations (Pun intended)

I've worked with Diane on several European vacations and can't say enough about her responsiveness and determination to do everything she can to ensure we have a fabulous trip. She has connections that allow us to personalize our trips in ways we couldn't do on our own - want a private driver, Diane will arrange it; want to see a sheep dog demonstration in Ireland, Diane will arrange it; want to build your own watch in Switzerland, Diane will arrange it; want a private tour of Pompeii with an archeologist, Diane will arrange it. And once you are overseas if you run into a problem, no worries! She is always available to solve the issue, whatever it may be. I highly recommend her services. You will not be disappointed!

Christmas Markets River Cruise
When we were stranded in Frankfurt, Germany because of 6 feet of snow on the runway in Munich where we were supposed to be picked up by the cruiseline, Diane spent the majority of the night with the cruise line and airline trying to get us to the ship on time. I had also met 14 more people in the same predicament and Diane helped them also. Since then, Diane has booked two other cruises for us and we just would not go with anybody else. She answers emails within five minutes she will meet us near where we live rather than her home office. There is nothing she would not do to help you out. I would not use another travel agent. You would be most pleased!
