We normally search and buy our own airline tickets, but this time we decided to work with Sharon on this component because of the complexity of our plans. We had planned on laying over a few days in Paris before going to Israel for a tour. Two days before our departure we got word the Israel had shut down flights from France due to Covid-19 virus. That meant that we could get to Paris but not to Israel our final destination. We called Sharon and she went right to work to get us rerouted by-passing Europe altogether. All of this without any additional cost which is highly unusual. Her and her team pulled out all of the stops to see that we would be able to fulfill one of our travel dreams. This won't be the last time we use Sharon to meet our travel needs.Thank you Sharon

Once in a lifetime experience!

Where do I start? Several years ago my wife and I wanted to plan a trip to Africa and take our grandson to see the World-vision child that we sponsor there. This was going to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we want to do everything just right. After talking with Sharon and letting her know of our plans she took over and scheduled all the flights places to stay excursion trips along with two fantastic safaris. We had one additional week available and Sharon planned a fantastic stay in London with a day excursion to Paris all in all we could’ve asked for anything better. The memories we have of that trip will stay for a lifetime .Then on another occasion my wife and I got to go on a Mediterranean cruise with a number of other couples we knew and Sharon plan the whole trip we all met up in Spain got on the crew ship and spent the next 10 days having a blast.
I see Sharon as a true example of what a travel agent should be honest, diligent, detailed. She is the best!

Adventure travel made easy!

Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with!! I was planning a trip to Chile with a friend from the east coast and Sharon booked the flights for each of us to meet in Houston and fly to Chile together. A storm threatened to close down Logan airport when my friend was scheduled to fly, and Sharon helped my friend change flights and get out of town before the storm hit. A real bonus was that Sharon arranged for out hotel room in Santiago for our arrival and departure dates and gave us contact information for a local agent who could give us insight into various activities and places of interest in Santiago. I intend to call Sharon the next time I go on an international vacation!!

Sharon is efficient and great at finding deals and opportunities to travel any where one wants to go. She finds the best connections and if something happens on the trip we just call her and her friendly voice calmly solves the problem . We have booked many trips with Sharon and she finds hotels and tours to take as well. I can relax and Sharon finds all the necessary details and provides informative itineraries for the trip.

Awesome River trip

Everything was superb! Excellent service and we loved the river cruise. Emerald is the perfect company to cruise with. They thought of all the possibilities. We did have to leave the boat because the water level was "critical", but they had another boat on the other side and we took a bus there. It was seamless. Our cruise Director came with us so she kept everything on track. All in all a wonderful time was had by all. Thanks for everything Pat & Don DuPaul

Mom’s 80th Birthday Cruise

Planning for a cruise was overwhelming for me. My mother was turning 80 and I wanted to do something really special for her. Sharon knew which cruises would be suitable for our desires, where the best cabins were for the price, the best excursions to take and which ports we might enjoy the most. She helped with the cruise booking, insurance (which I am thankful I paid extra for) flight and hotel information. We had a great time. I’m so thankful for Sharon’s help.

Sharon has always been the ultimate professional when handling my travel arrangements. I have used Sharon for more than 10 years and there is a good reason for this. I think the major reason for Sharon's success is her ability to communicate with her client and keep them appraised of the situation regarding travel reservations. Sharon is very thorough and detail oriented which makes for a very pleasant travel experience.
Sharon's attitude is always upbeat which carries over to her clients. I am a "glass half full" kind of person and so is Sharon. Her positive attitude can turn a negative situation into a bearable one.
Simply put, she is the only travel expert that I would trust to handle all my travel needs.

Great Family Trips

Many years Sharon has worked with my family to provide recommendations to fit the desires of younger children to older adults. Helped book at least five rooms and seating for dinners on cruise ships, when working with my mom who could be very picky. She made great trips possible with a lot of wonderful memories.

Can't say enough about Sharon

Sharon is absolutely amazing!We were in search of a river cruise in Germany and thought we knew what we wanted. Sharon was able to open our eyes on more than one cruise line and shared about 6 of them - she knew all of the owners too! She showed us pictures of the boats, explained the themes and what each cruise lines specialized in, and ultimately helped us pick the best cruise line for us.
We got the best price, best package, best time slot, best boat. We had a really wonderful time on what we felt was a first class trip.
Sharon is very thoughtful, respectful, and definitely what you want out of an agent, "helpful". She was our birddog as well in our preparation for our travel - asking us questions to make sure we were prepared, checking in with us on other aspects of our trip that we planned ourselves to make sure it all was going to work right.
She also helped us out with getting the reasonable amount of travel insurance coverage.
I can't say enough about Sharon!
