As I continue to travel and do training from many different vendors, I believe that what really sets me apart as an agent is the way I treat my clients. I enjoy listening to what type of vacation they have in mind, locations they want to visit and things they want to do while on vacation.

The Best Way to Book a Honeymoon

I can't say enough positive things about working with Carolyn. My husband and I booked our honeymoon in 5/2021. Planning a wedding can be stressful and she was every bride's dream: she made honeymoon planning EASY. In the beginning, she talked with us about what we wanted. After a short consultation, the options she sent us matched our vision and our budget perfectly. Throughout the planning process, she handled everything. Whether it was our travel points, our tight timeline, navigating COVID-19 concerns and protocols, she was helpful, quick to respond, and a joy to work with. She helped us decide on Sandals in Negril, Jamaica and booked the entire trip for us. She also gave us options for upgrades we would have never known about such as Club Mobay (expedited customs and drinks at the airport). She was also able to get us a romantic private dinner on the beach, and a catamaran cruise, two highlights of our trip. It was our dream honeymoon. We can't thank Carolyn enough!

Throughout the whole process Carolyn was professional, had great suggestions, got back to me right away with info and quotes. She made the entire process seamless and easy from booking to connecting before leaving with information needed to help make our trip seamless to providing suggestions for a great trip. I had not used a travel agent for a very long time and found a great benefit in doing so. Once we knew what direction we wanted to go in she did all of the leg work and was a pleasure to work with.

Working with Carolyn was the best decision I made when it came to planning my dream wedding. I contacted her because of her experience with Sandals Resorts. We talked and I explained I knew I wanted a beach wedding but I didn't know where yet. She listened to my families needs and suggested Ochi Rios, Jamaica. Carolyn always took my phone calls no matter what time it was. Plus she would find the time to text me back even when I knew she was busy. Road Tripping the Florida Gulf Coast

We flew from Mpls with a layover in Atlanta to Jacksonville and rented a car to stay in St. Augustine for a couple of nights. Then we went to Wakulla Springs Lodge and onto staying on the coast of Pensacola. A few nights in Panama City Beach and onward to Cedar Key. We were gone 15 days and ended the last part of our trip in Naples and Marco Island and flew out of Fort Meyers. Carolyn did such an amazing job booking our trip from car rental (mid-size SUV) to all the various hotels, VRBO-type accommodations, and our tour of St. Augustine. We will always book with Carolyn as she made everything so easy for my husband and me. Thank you, Carolyn!

Most relaxing trip ever

We had a conversation about vacation where she asked what we were looking to do. Basically got an idea of location, type of sleeping arrangements and budget. A day later she told me to look at a package she put together. We tweaked the flights and that was it. Upon arrival we were handed a package of tickets by the first transfer person with tickets for all transfers, additional flights and hotel stays. Everything was paid for already, we knew when we were going on excursions. It was excellent and so stress free! Not to mention the accommodations and excursions we were able to book with her. We got home and immediately started planning the next one with her too!

Honeymoon in the Bahamas

Carolyn was great to work with! She was on top of booking flights and finding us good deals. She checked in periodically leading up to the honeymoon and even assured we got the honeymoon package and checked in to our room ahead of time to make the arrival process speedy! Carolyn sent us a sweet little treat on our honeymoon and made sure to check in to see if we wanted to go on any excursions or do anything extra that she would book and set up for us so we could relax and enjoy our trip. I highly recommend booking through Carolyn she stays on top of it and wants you to have the best trip whatever the occasion may be!

I loved working with Carolyn! A quick message to her at the last minute and I had choices of fabulous itineraries ready to review. We’ve never been to Jamaica or the resort we were thinking but Carolyn but all our fears to rest, picked the perfect place and all things could not have been better. Her personal experience with the resort chain was invaluable, her response to any and all questions was quick and accurate. She made our last minute trip seem like it was planned months in advance. Very professional but so kind and fun to work with.

Our experience with Carolyn was seamless! She was easy and fun to work with! Considering the expectations we had, she offered multiple selections to choose from and helped find the perfect place for our son's senior spring break trip. She was a great communicator and relayed all the information we needed for a successful trip including transportation information once we arrived at our destination. Accommodations were perfect and just as we had hoped. She also organized an excursion for us that was the perfect getaway from the all-inclusive resort that we were staying at. Carolyn - puts the details and polish on your vacation! From the initial phone call, you can hear the enthusiasm she has to assist you in collaborating or doing all the “heavy lifting” to create the best experience. She listens and shares ideas. If there are unknowns, she researches and quickly updates on her results. Thus, allowing for you to have the best options available. We created a challenge by deciding to take a “quick” getaway during one of the busiest travel times and areas that are most desired. Carolyn was able to learn what our wants/needs and went to work orchestrating options for us. As we developed the plan, she efficiently coordinated the trip and made updates or changes that may have caused her more work once she thought the itinerary was set. All efforts by Carolyn were done with best attention to detail, kindness and understanding. She is adaptable and concerned with making sure your experience is top notch!

Honeymoon of our dreams!

There aren't words to explain how amazing Carolyn was! Our honeymoon was planned perfectly. We gave her a list of things and places that were non-negotiable and she made it happen. She also stuck within a budget but was able to adjust when we wanted to stay in a specific town. She was there every step of the way and was extremely helpful when we had any questions. If she didn't know the answer, she figured it out and got back to us as soon as she could. While we were on our honeymoon my husband asked "when and where Carolyn was planning for us to go next!"

Amazing wedding anniversary Greek vacation!

My husband and I planned our 20th wedding anniversary trip with Carolyn. We weren't sure where we wanted to go but we knew what kind of trip we wanted and the atmosphere we were looking for on our trip. She helped us choose Greek Islands! She gave us a few different options of where to go and which excursions were available as well as some wonderful advice about not packing too much in. We decided on our adventures and type of hotels we wanted, then she set everything up! She directed me to websites to see different options along with feedback she had from other guests she organized trips for in the past. Overall, it was the most wonderful trip we've ever had. It was effortless to go from place to place and our transfers were waiting for us at each location to take us to our next destination. Everything we wanted and more!
