Literally everything that I asked for he found him five minutes. He is very understanding and listen to everything that we asked for for our trip. We were actually wanting to go to Tybee Island and he had suggested the gulf Shores somewhere we’ve never been and I am so glad it’s just that the water was beautiful. Kyle was seriously the best! He recommended places to stay in cancun, but also gave us a whole list of other places to choose from! Everything was all inclusive, which was fabulous! He had our transportation schedule for us to and from the airport! Kyle was very responsive during our entire process. He did all of the leg work while all I had to do was provide our travel documents/Government documents. We’ve never used a travel agent before but I don’t know if we will ever travel again without using one. It was very seamless and least amount of stress possible. Kyle checked on us before during and after to make sure the flight, transportation & resort were up to par. Which it all was. I 1000% recommend using Kyle. We can’t wait for our next trip!

First time I’ve ever booked a vacation using a travel agent and kyle set the bar pretty high. He’s knowledgeable on all the destinations.He gives great suggestions on what place might be best for your group/family. Very thorough, checks in with you to make sure everything is going as planned. He has checklist of things to pack that you don’t really think about when packing. He doesn’t just book your trip and you never hear from him again. He checks in a few days before you fly out to make sure you’ve got everything. He checks in when you land to make sure you’re safe and found your driver. Even warns you about saying no to those stupid time share seminars resorts try to get you into. He definitely has a new client in me, I’ll definitely be using him again for my trips.

It was so nice to book a trip and not have to think about flights, transfers to and from the resort, etc- he took care of it all. Kyle helped me plan my dream wedding in Cancun and did and absolutely phenomenal job. Everything went so smoothly and he is the one that made sure of that. Planning travel with a big group is really hard but he made the experience easy! 10/10 recommend him.

I have never worked with a travel agent before but after working with Kyle to plan my trip to Hawaii, I will never plan one without him. He made the entire planning process so easy. He asked about excursions I would be interested in and did a ton of research to find the best ones. The hotel he found was a great price and in a prime location. We could walk to most anyplace we wanted. He was super friendly and made sure that we were taken care and enjoying the trip. Couldn’t ask for a better travel agent.
