Hello!  My name is Jen Wilhorn with Travelmation.  I have been a travel agent for over 3 years and love helping people plan amazing vacations.

Because we are from Wisconsin, our family absolutely loves a beach vacation.  We have visited many Florida and Caribbean beaches over the years and treasure those memories. Most recently we've enjoyed trips to Jamaica, St. Croix and Turks and Caicos.  We are extremely excited to head to Curaçao this summer.

My childhood love of Disney was rekindled in 2013 when my family took our first Disney cruise and we haven't looked back.  While we certainly enjoy a magical day at the parks, the excitement of traveling to tropical places with the smell of the saltwater will always make cruising our first choice!  Some of our favorite cruise ports include St. John and Grand Cayman.

Our family has loved their trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Hong Kong Disney.  Each trip holds beautiful memories full of family fun and the adventure of exploring new places. 

I am excited to share my love of planning MAGICAL vacations on both land and sea.

She helped with every step of vacation planning from resort selection to dining reservations to tutoring on the MyDisneyExperience app. She is very vested in her clients experience and genuinely wants everyone to have an enjoyable stress free vacation. She checked in with us several times during our trip and made a change to our park reservations for us when we made a last minute decision to do a fliparoo between parks. Disney Cruise Line/Walt Disney World Honeymoon

Jen was amazing to work with! We reached out to her to help with planning our first Disney cruise for our honeymoon. Our Most Relaxing and Beautiful Vacation!

Jen was so easy and professional to work with! She handled every detail, including using our flight vouchers, setting up insurance and ensuring we had transportation to and from the airport. She reviewed the property we were planning to stay at. She reached out to her contacts to get us all the information we needed and gave us a lot of choices for vacation based on the information we gave her about what we wanted. She even contacted the property to get answers to questions I had about excursions off the all-inclusive resort. There wasn't anything she left to chance and was very patient with all of my concerns about traveling during a pandemic. She made sure we knew what forms needed to be completed to safely return. We left on vacation knowing that she was a text away if we had any questions and we had no worries about traveling. I mostly appreciated her patience with me as I asked a ton of questions. Never once did she make me feel silly or that I was inconveniencing her!!

Honeymoon 2024

My experience working with Jen was 10 out of 10. Jen took care of everything for me as I was a stressed out bride not wanting to plan another thing, our honeymoon. Jen helped us narrow down the Sandals Resort as we did not know which one to choose. We gave her a price range we wanted to stay at and her suggestions met that expectation of ours. Throughout the process, Jen checked in with us up to the actual trip. Jen answered all our questions and always responded to my emails rapidly.

Jen goes above and beyond for her clients. She sent us a chocolate covered fruit platter with a note congratulating us. It made us feel so special.

As someone who does not enjoy planning trips, I am glad I found Jen who actually helps me become less anxious and less overwhelmed with all the details and logistics. It allowed me to actually be excited for our trip!

Jen is GREAT at what she does, and it is clear she enjoys doing it. I will be working with Jen again in the future.

Jen set up our flight, hotel, and car rental. So glad she had us fly into the smaller airport of Phoenix Mesa. Everything went well and her services helped eliminate any stress. Our hotel provided the services we appreciated as our focus was hiking and we had a concierge with exceptional knowledge of the trails who provided tips to get us off the heavily used trails and into the back country .

Simply the Best

Jen is the best travel agent I've ever worked with - Responsive to a fault - No problem to complicated, No question to inane.
I would, and have, recommended her whenever possible.
This trip to the Netherlands was actually 4 years in the planning (pre-covid), and started by another agent, but she picked it up and completed it without a hitch. Half the participants dropped out on her just months before the trip, but she rolled with it, and even secured them refunds for money they paid in 2019.
I have 3 more big trips in the next year the Jen has planned, is planning, for me.
As long as Jen is in the Business, she is my only Travel Agent.

I had an awesome experience working with Jen! This is my second trip planned with her, and she truly just makes the process so easy and seamless. She is always available for questions and replies in a very timely manner. Our COVID Honeymoon!

Over and Beyond!

Jen was so attentive to our rather large group needs and navigated it amazingly. She sent "things to do" in St. Croix and also connected us to each other so we could communicated. She coordinated several events for the group and really paid attention to our guest of honor to make sure his needs were met.

She also coordinated shuttles from the airport to the hotel and made sure we all knew when folks were arriving. For one of our outings, she sent all the information in advance, communicated deadlines, and sent reminders to get tickets. We all had such a fabulous time and it was low-stress. She even helped folks with airfare and planned their itineraries. Traveling stresses me out because there are so many moving parts. This was so low stress for me and I always knew that I could search my emails and find the information I needed.

Memorable Perfectly Planned Family Trip

Amazing! Jen was there every step of the way to offer guidance and direction to the confusing Disney planning experience. Though I haven't been there for over 20 years, I didn't feel like a rookie.
