I joined Travelmation in the summer of 2018. My love for travel was instilled in me from my grandparents, who always encouraged their grandchildren to see the world outside of their small hometowns. That love was especially profound for Walt Disney World. They took me on my very first trip to Walt Disney World when I was six years old, and 25+ trips and 37+ years later, I enjoy sharing the magic of Walt Disney World with my family whenever possible.
I became a travel agent on the suggestion of my wife, who shared my love of travel and Disney. Two years later, I earned Top 10 in Sales for the months of September and October, 2020. In February, 2021, I finalized my largest booking at the time, worth almost $17,000!

Brian walked us through everything, made himself available, and was patient with our newness to this process. Wow! Where to begin? Brian took a short window time frame that we had and turned our adventure into a lifetime of memories. Even details that I had never thought of Brian made it magically happen. From the price to our DAS pass, everything was so easy booking with him. We are already planning our next vacation just to book with him. Brian made us feel like the most important guests he has ever worked with. He does his job with love and treats you like family.

My wife and I wanted to take Sydney our 3-year-old daughter on a Disney Cruise. Neither one of us had ever been so we decided to have Brian help us plan it. He was very knowledgeable, patient and detailed oriented during the planning. He made sure to advise us all the activities Sydney would enjoy. Even when we decided to arrive a few days earlier to Orlando, Brian stepped in to help plan 2 days at the Magic Kingdom. He made everything effortless on our part. Our Entire Trip was so much fun! We were able to fit in everything that we wanted to do and see. Overall, we had a great experience using Brian to help us plan and execute our First Family Disney World Trip and Cruise!

Brian handled every single detail from start to finish. Was available for every question and concern we had every step of the way. Because of hurricane Ian, our trip got cut short a couple of days and Brian sat on the phone for hours making sure our refund was taken care of. It was an amazing stress-free experience!

Brian was easy to work with. We had to change our plans a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances, but he was happy to help. He was able to find reservations for the restaurants we wanted even when we changed our travel dates. He also stayed on hold with Disney for resort changes and special requests like room location. Even as a seasoned Disney vacationer myself, he had some tricks up his sleeve that I couldn’t do on my own.

Brian has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He gave great tips/suggestions along the way, provided updates, listened to our requests and worked diligently to ensure all of our needs were met. He not only took the stress out of planning but also helped us land reservations to Chef Mickey’s and Space 220 when it seemed impossible. What set him apart is his compassion when he learned that my family was battling Covid earlier this year. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond!
