Ashley completely handled out trip to the world class Disney World without any hiccups, issues and found ways to get us dinner reservations, princesses and character breakfast while a lot of Disney was shut down.

Ashley saved our trip to Italy! We were previously using a different travel agent (different company as well) and they basically canceled all our tours two weeks before our trip. I called Ashley in a panic and explained everything going on. She was able to get all of our previous tours scheduled and even upgraded a few of them. Her communication skills and timely responses make planning a vacation a breeze. I couldn’t recommend Ashley Enough!

Ashley has been great with communication since day 1. She was very informative and very helpful. We had to cancel our first attempt to take this trip due to my mom getting cancer and having to go through radiation and Ashley was able to get us refunds for everything and we had to fight with the airlines for it but she got the job done. A year later we were back planning the same trip and she was able to get us all the reservations we needed (hotel, transportation, shows). She had the itinerary very nicely laid out and not to the point where we were ever doing too much in a day or didn't have room to slide something else in. Great experience and would use her every time! Thanks Ashley!
