Rick and I returned from Australia Wednesday of this week, and we had an amazing time! For all the effort it took to get us there it was so worth it-both for us and for you. We have the travel bug now and are starting to talk about other places we want to visit after our Alaska cruise next year. Iceland for sure and probably some river cruises, as well as Antarctica. It was obvious to us after a few days there that you really know what you are doing because all of the details flowed together seamlessly. We did not have any hitches and thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities. Our favorites were the bridge climb and snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, but everything was fun without any duds.
Thank you so much for all of the hard work you put into making it happen for us. You will definitely have repeat customers with us.

First Time Travelers

My husband and I decided we wanted to do some traveling, so both being first time travelers we decided to look into a travel agents. After finding one travel agency that was by appointment only, we were so relieved and happy to walk into Travel Leaders and find Christi there to talk to without having to make an appointment. Christi listened to all of what we wanted to do and how much we wanted to spend and came up with the perfect plan for a vacation. She helped us with the whole booking process and walked us through everything. When we had questions or concerns she was always available to answer those questions both in person, over the phone, or through email. I emailed her a week before our vacation and within 5 minutes she answered all of my questions and made me feel so much better about our upcoming vacation. I loved the hotel she suggested and followed all of her advice and had an amazing trip with my husband. We would both absolutely recommend Christi Rush to everyone we know!!

Christi has been such a pleasure to work with. I first contacted her over a year ago and she worked to put together some itineraries for a trip we did not end up taking. When I contacted her again recently she was again ready and willing to help us put something together. She made excellent recommendations, and handled all our questions very timely. The property she recommended exceeded even our wildest expectations. I was very pleased that she stuck within the budget range we provided to her. Having requested quotes from other travel professionals in the past, many time the quotes returned greatly exceeded our stated budget range. Not the case with Christi. She is an excellent communicator, and we are very happy to have found her. We will be using her exclusively for all our future travel needs.

Christi was very knowledgeable about different locations and excursions! We planned our trip kind of last minute and even had to change the location because of wildfires and she was on top of it all the way. She always brought a sense of excitement and knowledge when we talked that made me certain it was going to be an awesome honeymoon. And man it was! She got us in an amazing resort and we did multiple excursions that were the highlights of our trip! So glad we had her help and insight! Definitely will be working with her again!

We had an issue with the spelling of our daughter's name. Christi had made the changes prior but the day of departure the airline still had the wrong spelling. We contacted the agency that morning and the issue was quickly resolved. great resort, great travels, would book with Christi again!
