Elizabeth has helped us plan multiple trips. She puts as much excitement into it as if she is planning her personal trip. Never once has she made me feel like my requests or questions are trivial. And I come up with some dozies. This summer I approached her with a trip idea 2 weeks before the trip. She was able to work her magic almost instantly and found accommodations, activities and ideas for a family of 6 (with children in very different ages). Having Elizabeth to turn to at any moment of a trip, whether it's simple questions or change of plans, takes the stress away and allows us to enjoy all the special moments.

Elizabeth made our dreams come true! We got to go on Safari and stay in a beautiful room in Animal Kingdom. She did all the work and we got a wonderful trip!

Elizabeth has always been responsive and helpful. Her continuous communication with me and my wife has been so helpful when booking a trip. Her help with our Disney trips, and assistance with other trips (Rome, HI, etc...)
