Shannon was very quick to respond even while on the vacation. She made adjustments and made reservations quickly. She was always available to answer questions and help.

Working with Shannon was like having her on our trip as a guide from beginning to end! We had never taken our kids to Disney and hadn’t been since childhood and things are very different now. Shannon was the consummate professional in explaining to us how it all works and what her role would be prior to the trip and throughout. She booked all our reservations, gave us options for our budget as far as accommodations, and also booked cool excursions and experiences within the parks we didn’t know existed (Droid building was our boys’ favorite activity! We also LOVED Oga’s Cantina at Hollywood Studios, it felt like you were in the Star Wars movie!) and gave us detailed itineraries to use before and during the trip. Any issues we ran into (which were few and far between) Shannon handled swiftly and efficiently. On park days she checked on us frequently and directed us towards rides, shows, and activities that didn’t have long wait times so we could take full advantage of the parks!

Shannon exceeded all expectations! Our trip to Disney was magical primarily due to Shannon’s attention to detail, responsiveness and knowledge. She is the best!

We absolutely loved working with Shannon. She helped us every step of the way. This was our first big trip and we knew nothing about staying on property and visiting the parks. She sent us links, reviews, tips for booking the flights, dining reservation instructions/tips and so much more. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner even with the time difference. She even helped us the day of our flight when it was unexpectedly cancelled (during the height of the Omnicrom variant). She checked in on us, gave Genie+ tips and cheered us on when we managed to get boarding passes for those hot ticket rides. Our experience was perfect not only because of her knowledge of the parks but because she really cared and took the time to invest in our trip/family. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends. We look forward to working with her for many trips to come!!

I am a returning customer of Shannon's and I will continue to work with her for as long as she will have me! We have just completed our 3rd visit to Walt Disney World with Shannon acting as our Fairy Godmother. She is so fun to work with, and she never makes me feel bad when I ask a million questions or ask if we can try to alter a plan. As a matter of fact, Shannon is just as excited as we are when she is able to secure a ride, an experience, or a coveted dining reservation. She feels like part of the family throughout the trip, and I find myself texting her pictures so she knows how much joy she is bringing to me and my family. We have worked with Shannon on a non-theme park trip as well, and even though our plans fell through due to busy kid schedules, we received the same attention and awesomeness that I have come to equate with Shannon McCauley!
