Working with Bettie has been amazing. Not only getting me the best connections and remembering all of our travel preferences but that call I get just minutes after I learned my flight is cancelled to find she has either re-booked me or is holding a seat for me so that I do not get stranded. Walking from the terminal to the car when you are home that same night you were supposed to be means a lot.

Bettie is always helpful and knows that we have a busy family and makes sure everything we need for our 4 kids are taken care of. She talks over our travel plans and also makes sure there are enough activities to keep all the kids happy. She always reply’s back to my emails and calls quickly and has our reservations sent to double check everything. We have been using Bettie for years and she takes the stress out of making travel plans that’s for sure.

Bettie takes care of everything and does it with a smile on her face and boundless joy. She is happiest when she knows you are stress-free and seems to be as happy as you are when leaving on a trip. She will hunt to find you any upgrades or deals to enhance your trip to taking care of the smallest details that you would have had to deal with later. Can't believe it all came together

We started planning this 12 day trip in October of 2021 and we just got back this past weekend. With Covid restriction on Hawaii and at the airlines it was a daunting proposition..Bettie had to juggle and jump through hoops to stay in front of the airlines. She was very patient with us also. Provided several viable options for getting ten people to a vacation we'll always cherish. Through the entire process she kept me informed and confident that in spite of all the chaos, no matter what, we would get there & back!

Awesome vacation in a Covid era.

Our vacation started with booking in April 2019 and was pushed back twice to 2022. During this 3 year period, Bettie stayed on top of every update, flight change, Covid test schedule, etc through out the entire time. It could not have been easy for her but she was there at every turn. The result was a fabulous trip.

Bettie's service exceeded our expectations. She was able to change our fourth traveler from one person to another without much cost and no hassle. HffBettie has provided us with invaluable service in rearranging return flights following a medical emergency which extended our stay. Bettie also assisted us with her expertise in filing a claim under our travel insurance.

Bettie did way more than expected! She got 11 of us a group rate with United, rescheduled our last flight with Delta and had a 3 car rentals in Minneapolis as a back up plan because of weather delays.
