I had not been to Disney World in Florida in 30 years and so much had changed. New rides, new ride bypass apps and rules, and new restaurants; it all seemed like too much! Kellie helped me to navigate what I wanted to remember from the trip and helped me prioritize my choices.

Kellie showed me options so that I knew where I wanted to spend my money and where I could save money. She made our restaurant reservations and answered questions about the park updates in the months leading up to our trip. She checked on us before we left and during our vacation as well.

The biggest relief was having her set up our transportation to and from the airport and between hotels. On our way to the airport, there was a significant delay in our transportation and she contacted the company for me to get me an update. We got to the airport and on our flight home on time.

Kellie was amazing! She helped us plan a trip of a lifetime to Disney invoking two hotels, all the parks, a cruise, and a Halloween party. She was knowledgeable, attentive, always responsive, and offered great suggestions. She let us know when promotions became available after we booked, which saved us lots of money! She made lots of good suggestions. Planned even the smallest of details. And overall was great to work with. She organized all our plans into an electronic trip planner that was super helpful. I highly recommend her!

Kellie was very professional, extremely organized and always responded in a timely manner with our questions. Our trip consisted of 30 family members vacationing for 4 days on Carnival Valor. She did a fantastic job at organizing our rooms and dinner table sittings where the entire group of 30 was able to sit together at dinner and easily meet up when going to shows or hang out on the deck from our balcony rooms. Kellie stayed on top of room assignment changes and cancelation of reservations for family members that were unable to make it, assuring that refunds were received for those that canceled. Kellie made the entire process from start to finish easy and smooth. Any questions we had, whether they seemed dumb or not, she was always readily available to assist us and get the answer if she didn't already know it.
