Katie was beyond helpful with planning a weekend getaway. As a new mom she took on the burden of hunting down options for us that met our price point, distance we could travel, and our availability. I traveled with my 4 year old son, to Universal Studios in Florida recently and was so nervous! I’m scared of flying and didn’t know how it would go. Honestly Katie made it so easy and seem less!! Katie made our recent trip to Disney an absolute breeze! Even being a Disney expert myself, it was nice to not have to worry about the fine details of trip planning for once. Katie took care of all the phone calls to Disney every time I wanted to change something (which was a few times, haha), spent weeks trying to grab the perfect dining reservations for us, and even offered to get us the popular virtual ticket rides! Katie was able to help me book a hotel last minute to help me celebrate my birthday in Put-in-Bay. With many hotels being booked already, she was able to find me a hotel off the island, just a mile from the ferry for a reasonable price! If you need someone to book the best trip you’ve ever been on, book with Katie! She booked my honeymoon in Mexico and it truly was the best vacation I have ever been on. Katie had amazing tips for travel, sent a very detailed list of things we’d need, and was so patient with all of my questions. Katie was a great resource for making recommendations and communicating back and forth with the resort for our honeymoon! We decided last minute we wanted a vacation! We reached out to Katie and told her what we wanted and within 3 days our vacation was booked and we didn’t have to do anything for it but wait! She sent us lists of excursions, all do and don’ts for flying, everything to do for customs! She texted us to make sure we got to the transport once we landed, asked us how the trip was going! Katie helped plan my first family trip to Disney. To say she made everything EASY, would be an understatement. She was always extremely timely with any/all correspondence and never made me feel as though some of my questions were silly. Family Disney Trip Made Easy

atie recently planned our family trip to Disney World and made everything incredible and easy! Not only did she score the most important dining reservations we had hoped for, but she walked me through step by step how to use the new Genie+ system. We spent one day in the parks when we realized the trip could be a crash and burn without a stroller and, of course, Katie came to the rescue! She handled all of the reservations for us and the company delivered a rental directly to our resort. It was amazing and was a total game changer for the remainder of the trip! I will always recommend Katie for booking travel because having someone so knowledgeable is amazing, especially when things don’t go as planned.

I cannot recommend Katie enough as a travel agent! We planned a somewhat last minute trip to Universal Studio’s for my boyfriend’s son’s birthday and it turned out wonderful! Katie talked us through fast passes (which we added last minute), transportation to/from the parks, as well as park hours and benefits of staying on property.

Katie is an amazing travel agent. A few words I would describe Katie as being is organized, detailed, respectful, timely, and engaged. My husband and I were thrilled to have help with our booking of our honeymoon. She made sure we had the best experience AND within our budget. I have worked with people before (not in this line of work) but sometimes people push you towards what they like the best and do not listen to what you really want. Katie did not do that, she respected where we wanted to go and where we wanted to stay even if it was outside what her top recommendations were. Truly so grateful for Katie!! I planned my entire wedding with zero assistance, and I knew I didn’t want to lift a finger planning our honeymoon and found Katie from a wedding Facebook page I was apart of! She is the BEST! Katie is AMAZING. To start she gave so much advice and information leading up to booking. After booking, she again gave so much advice and tips leading up to our honeymoon trip and even answered any crazy questions I could’ve come up with. From the time I first reached out, to our vacation week and even after, working with Katie was a joy. We worked with Katie to plan and execute a family vacation for 6 adults - it was our first family vacation post-Covid and we were all so excited!Katie helped us select a resort and area that were PERFECT for our family. It's a major plus that she travels frequently so she knows all of the areas and resorts really well.
We had a million questions as the vacation approached and she was ULTRA responsive. Her response times were so fast. When our vacation arrived, she proactively texted to make sure our travels were going as planned. She even helped to coordinate transfers for an extra trip off-resort as well.
While we were there the resort gave us all extra attention and love because we were her clients. It was just the best. I truly cannot wait to go on another trip planned by Katie. My family is already thinking about our next adventures!

Girls Trip!

We took a long needed girls trip to Cancun Mexico. Katie was incredible to work with. She answered all our questions really quickly, even when we asked the same question multiple times I think, sorry about that Katie. She even had to make some last minute adjustments when a flight got cancelled and I had to rebook a new flight the day before I was supposed to leave. She changed all the transportation reservations for me and told me what to do to get my money back. She made some excursion suggestions and the two we took were both fantastic and we had a blast. I met Katie through a mutual friend to help plan a bachelorette party. First off, I am terrible at planning and I work a very busy schedule, so I am thankful to have had Katie as a guide throughout the process. Katie was thorough, resourceful and knowledgeable! She asked all the right questions in our pre-planning process to match us up with the best ship for our Disney cruise to complement the experiences we were seeking. She made the reservation process seamless! Once it was time to prepare for travel, she provided us with ample resources for packing, things to do in destination, tips and tricks for cruising, and more! I knew about a two months in advance everything I needed to take care of before we traveled which made preparation a breeze. Our travel to our cruise was easy peasy as Katie reserved our hotel stays at WDW pre and post sailing, airport transfers, and port transfers. We have never had a better vacation as a family! Oh em gee. Where to start. I cannot rave about Katie Lynn Reynolds dedication to her work enough. I had never been to Mexico, and so to be able to tell her what all of the girls in our group were looking for and then have her turn around within a week and give me fantastic recommendations on stays was so stress relieving. She then booked everything for us, helped us set up transport since all of us were coming from different airlines, and was at our beckon call whenever we needed her. She cares about the time you are having and makes sure you are creating forever memories. I am now booking another group trip with her assistant Delaney for Europe!! My husband and I JUST got back from Cancun, Mexico for our honeymoon ? that Katie helped us plan. It was a trip that was planned well in advance (almost a year) and we were patiently waiting in anticipation! Katie has been our travel agent for the past 2 years! She planned our Key West trip when we got engaged so it only made sense for her to plan our honeymoon!There are a lot of travel agents; but none of them are KLR Travels. She is fully transparent which is rare to find. Katie has been to all of the locations she recommends and won't BS on price or quality. Vacations are expensive and her expertise is important. From the initial trip planning, helping us find flights, fighting for us when resorts are late on refunds, excursion recommendations, packing list and links to items, and consistent communication; Katie is the REAL DEAL.
