My name is Deb and I have been planning amazing vacations for my clients since 2016! I live in Vermont with my husband, two kids, and our dog Walter. What started out as a love for planning Walt Disney World vacations has turned into planning all types of vacations for my family and for my clients.
My first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort was in 1987 and I haven't stopped! In addition to all of those Walt Disney World vacations we have visited some amazing destinations in the last few years - cruising the Caribbean on Disney Cruise Line and Virgin Voyages, visiting Beaches Turks & Caicos, heading out to the west coast for Disneyland, making our Harry Potter dreams come true at Universal Orlando, exploring England, France, Iceland, Norway, and Denmark on the Disney Dream, adventuring in Costa Rica with Adventures by Disney and so much more.

There is nothing better than a stress free vacation!! I love how we didn't even need to make our dinner reservations, Deb handled everything for us! Deb has helped us book several vacations--Disneyland in 2018, Royal Caribbean cruise in 2020 (canceled due to the pandemic--we got a full refund), and our upcoming trip to Disney World in December 2021. Everything has been so smooth! Deb goes above and beyond, finding options that will be great for our family of 5, and booking everything for us. She has great tips, is extremely knowledgeable about all things Disney/cruises/etc, and has been able to secure all the dining reservations at Disney that we wanted! Deb is very quick to respond to all my questions - and trust me I have a lot sometimes! She is always willing to help and find the best scenario for my family. When I have had a minor issue at a resort she was on it and took care of it before I could get to the front desk. Deb is wonderful.

Girls Just Want To Have Fun!

For the past 5 years Deb has planned all of my bi-annual runDisney vacations and family vacations. There are not enough words to express my level of satisfaction. Deb is smart, personable, a great communicator, accommodating and VERY PATIENT! What I most appreciate is she is as excited about your vacation as you are. Letting her handle the details means that I can enjoy the at home preparation feeling fully confident that my party is being well cared for. Need to make a change, no problem. First (and best) travel agent experience

I was reluctant to have a travel agent do my bookings for me because I have always done my own. Deborah has convinced me how valuable travel agents can be especially these days. There are so few customer service agents working anymore that it takes hours to book or modify reservations and I work full time and my children have busy schedules so I have neither the time nor the desire to do all that on my own anymore. And, most importantly, I messaged Deb in a panic as I was heading to the airport to catch a plane to see my dying father so she could change our upcoming reservations to Disney and Universal (after I had, the month before, rescheduled the same vacation due to my daughter and husband getting COVID). She handled everything much quicker than I had hoped and I could fly out without that additional stress.

I worked with Deb through the pandemic. Or, more accurately, she worked with me. I booked, canceled, booked, canceled, booked, canceled, threw my hands up in frustration, was talked down from the ledge, booked, then finally had a great time! I appreciate Deb for booking run Disney races that were canceled, trips that were canceled, fast passes that were canceled, and dining reservations that were canceled. She handled all the refunds, cancellations, and headaches. She has a sense of humor, has a great attitude, and most importantly, she followed through In every possible way that any human being could, in these circumstances. I’m delighted that I discovered what a great travel agent could do in easing stress and worry.
Although I have become a Disney vacation club member (sorry, not sorry), I still call Deb for reservations during busy times that don’t make sense for the excessive amount of DVC points.
I’ll be calling her for all of my non-Disney vacations as well.
