My name is Roul and I am so excited to help you make the most of your next vacation. My wife Natalie, our son Jackson, and I enjoy traveling and are constantly looking for new places to go! Two of our favorite places to spend our time away are Walt Disney World and Mackinac Island, Michigan!
I have always loved traveling! Whether experiencing the excitement of a new place or basking in the nostalgia of a location you've loved for years, there is something SO special about the memories you can create when you step outside the city you are most familiar with.
One of my greatest passions is helping other people however I can. Seeing people achieve a goal they have set for themselves is one of the most rewarding feelings! In 2020, I decided to merge my love for travel and my passion for helping others by becoming a travel agent.
I know that one of your many goals with your next vacation is to create memories that will last a lifetime. I want to help make that happen! The first memory of that trip should not be the hours you spent behind a computer screen comparing prices and locations. Your memories should not consist of waiting on hold for hours to make a simple modification to your trip. My goal is to take all of that off of your plate. Your first memory should be the relief you feel when you zip your suitcase closed to head out the door. You take that step knowing everything is taken care of and you're off to achieve your goal - making memories that will last a lifetime!

Roul was super helpful and informative in helping us plan our trip to Disney World. He was really patient with the hundreds of questions and changes we had to make. Previously we tried to plan this trip ourselves and simply could not make it work within our budget. Roul was able to give us multiple options that would work within our budget. As well as providing full restaurant breakdowns for each theme park. Disney world can be overwhelming for first timers and Roul really put all my worries at ease with his assistance. I have already booked the next trip using his services and will continue to do so going forward. Roul really takes all the headache out of planning a trip.

Roul was so kind and helpful and took what could have been a super overwhelming experience and made it simple! He was there for us through every step of the planning thinking of all the details and checking in each week as our trip got closer. He quickly found answers to all our questions and stayed up to date with all policy and procedure changes so that we had the most up to date information! He was also available to answer all our questions day of at the park helping us navigate as we were there! No one wants problems to arise when going on a vacation, but when they do, you’ll be glad you have someone on your side to save you time (and money) figuring it all out.Roul was pivotal in helping coordinate family members in different states and time zone across the country for our family vacation cruise to Alaska. Then we hit an unexpected snag as one of our travelers tested positive for COVID 48 hours before we were set to leave for the airport. Roul sprung into action and not only did he let us know what t do, he coordinated a refund and made sure the rest of the family was all set to go.
Not only that, but Roul made sure that all of the accommodations were coordinated for our special needs child on his first ever cruise (which gave us peace of mind).
There’s absolutely no reason you should EVER book a vacation without a rockstar travel agent like Roul.

Family Disney Trip

This was my first experience not booking our Disney trip myself and I'm so glad I went this route. Roul was amazing to work with and was patient through our early on decision making. There were so many changes recently with Disney World and I would have missed out on tons of tips and tricks if I had booked this myself. We will be booking with Roul again!

I needed a trip planned with very little notice for less than 2 weeks away. This could've been a very stressful experience but because of Roul's assistance it was a breeze. He is quick, friendly and detail oriented. He was very focused on sticking to the budget and amenities that I had in mind. He was knowledgeable and a great communicator throughout the experience. Roul was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly prompt in his replies and was able to find us a wonderful vacation that fit our budget and goals. We were planning our honeymoon and wanted to go to an all inclusive resort on the beach, adults only. Roul found us a great package at Sandals Southcoast with everything we needed, found us good flights, and was readily available to answer questions about travel. The Best Escape!!

Working with Roul was a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend him more highly. I contacted Roul to plan my vacation with no particular idea of where I wanted to go just very specific requirements that I had in mind. He quickly got back to me with several options all over the country that I could choose from. He is very detail oriented and every hotel he chose fit my request perfectly. He was able to answer every question I had and some I did not realize I should ask. He made sure he communicated to me upfront how COVID would impact my stay at each hotel such as if they were no longer offering room service etc. His communication throughout the process was top notch. He answered my emails quickly and even reached out to me once I arrived to ensure everything was as expected with my hotel. He found me a beautiful resort in Naples, Florida with a fabulous spa, 3 pools and several amazing restaurants on the property. It was perfect. I will be using him for all my future travel.

This was our first family vacation since mom passed away. She had always been our “amateur travel agent” and knew all the ins & outs for the best deals & handle all the details.When it came time to plan our trip this summer, the sheer number of options was daunting (not to mention the constant reminder that mom wasn’t here to make these decisions anymore). We were pretty much paralyzed by indecision & feeling overwhelmed.
That’s when we turned to Roul - it was the best decision we could have made. Not only did Roul take the time to understand our goals for the trip, he also presented us w/ a manageable list of options that fit our budget.

We had an amazing trip planned by Roul!! He coordinated a trip for me with 2 of my best friends. We love in different cities/time zones and Roul made the entire process seamless.
